I needed a Chinese Visa and I am Taiwan born, naturalized US citizen through my parents. A bunch of documentation (birth certificate, parent’s naturalization doc, my passports) was needed but CIBT (Vicki in particular) were very helpful. Entire process was about a month.

I have arranged multiple US Visas through CIBT over the past few weeks and the service has been amazing. The process has been very smooth from start to finish and a special thank you to Luka and Masa who have been very helpful and supportive and guided me through the process every step of the way.

Service was provided, I have no issue there.
My problem was with charges. Be careful about premium service, it is added on top of base charge. In my opinion, it is double dipping.

I had a situation where we were very close to travel date and needed an India e-business visa ASAP. CIBT jumped on the case to help me and we received the visa in less than 24hrs. Amazing team and coordination! So grateful for CIBT and their prompt response.

For someone like me to understand and fill in the form must be really easy to follow

We sought assistance with visa's to the USA and Canada. With recent changes to entry to the USA we felt more confortable with the professional services offered by CIBT. We received our Visa's quickly and without fuss which was exactly what we needed.

Passport missing somewhere in mail. Getting multiple tracking numbers from cibt and carrier. Still a mail in service so can’t guarantee you will get passport in time for travel.

Cruise line representative suggested we use this company for our UK travel visa. Told me that it would be easy. He was right. Filled out information on line and received approval and travel visa information in 2 - 3 days.

This was the least efficient, convoluted and frustrating process I've been through in some time. I have acquired three visas prior to this on my own and I wish I would've done the same this time.

The turnaround time, ability to make rational decisions independently of my input and communication was absolutely horrid. The slowness and lack of proactiveness alone was enough to make me go crazy but the inability to speak with anybody to discuss what was going on and talk real-time was infuriating. I would highly recommend going through the visa process on your own to avoid the hassle and expensive fees associated with using CIBT - 100% do not recommend, totally not worth the pain, suffering and frustration.

When I started the process and I wasn’t sure about a couple of things I phoned them up and they were very helpful I had it back the next day ready for printing it was very quick

This company was very helpful. The customer reps were friendly and took time to get my question answered and took care of the issue we were having adjusting our visa to our new passports. The one negative is that I had to pay again for visa's that we got last year for our upcoming cruise because we got new passports. There should be a way to just have CIBT upload a new passport instead having to start the process once again and having to pay once again. This was very costly. We actually have two Visa's that we had to go through this process.

My travel circumstances were unusual as I did not know my exact reave dates.

While the online checklist did a nice job in guiding me through the process, there were a few fields in which I was unclear on how to answer.

I called CIBT and the customer service person I spoke with was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful.

I would highly recommend using CBIT.

I was charged $499 for a visa application I hadn't yet submitted as I realised it was incorrect for my travels.
Phone number refers me to their email address which keeps bouncing back .
Their is no service from them and now I am out of pocket as of yesterday

All very easy to apply for out ViSAs. The authorisation came through in the timescale we were promised. No problems at all.

Was sceptical at first as thought it was expensive to get a visa. Felt company went above and beyond to get my visas before my proposed trip as being Christmas did not help things
