Great support provided by Ismael who was always accessible and able to address whatever questions I had. The China visa process was more involved than I expected, and it was great to have the support of Ismael and the CIBT team to make sure it was complete. My visa even arrived early which was such a relief!

Miss Karina Narvaez was amazing!!! She assisted me every step of the way during the process. This was my first time securing a Visa for travel and she made the process very simple and easy. Though there were some challenges on my end that had to be resolved, Miss Narvaez was very patient with me. I highly recommend CIBT Visas if you require a visa for the purpose of travelling for business or pleasure. Their service is well worth the cost to eliminate and avoid any mistakes and stress.

My service consultant (Mei Miller) was absolutely fantastic. I had a unique situation where I applied for my Chinese Visa with an Embassy outside the US. I could not cancel it so that I could move forward with the US embassy and Mei stepped in and solved this problem hands on and got my visa issue 2 weeks prior to my trip. She was professional, patient to listen and developed a game plan to get this done. She was very responsive and stayed positive during the process which allowed me to stay calm. I truly appreciate her effort in this.....

Process was straightforward, passport arrived quickly, employer paid the fee. Had to fill out the same info on 6 pages, would love if that could’ve been prefilled, but maybe not an option through my employer. Received communication the whole way, but did get an email telling me it was on the way, after I received it (a little funny).

I have been using CIBT mostly for visas for the travelers I support at my company. I have used them for many, many years and never had any issues. All deadlines were met. The process is as easy as can be and the support / response time whether virtual or over the phone is exemplary. Many assistants in my company use CIBT as well and would describe them as the most reliable expediter. I have also used CIBT for passports and the experience was flawless.

Have been using them for many years now. They can be quite expensive for certain visas, but they do the work and details are on file for next time so you don't have to keep filling out forms online. E-Visas for business are very quick otherwise they can be up to two weeks if there are no complications.

Incredibly poor service for a business that charges 3x what the actual visa cost. My visa came the night of my flight out (over 3 weeks from my submission with CIBT) . I ended up having to pay another $300 and process two brand new applications and get the fast tracked expedited service for them to be processed in 4 hours. I am so incredibly disappointed. I was given the website from FCM who I use for work and will definitely be passing this feedback onto them. Not good enough and never again will I use this service.

She was extremely helpful, courteous, thorough, provided clear and detailed instructions, professional, patient with all my questions and always promptly replied. She should be the roll model for all other consultants to follow.

I spoke with the service agents after re-taking pictures of my passport and myself over and over again using all different locations and it was always rejected all different excuses...they suggested I use the library for my personal information?? I made multiple calls to agents and finally cancelled. The agent I spoke with to cancel never advised me of a cancellation fee. The whole experience was a nightmare!!!!!BEWARE!!!!

I used CIBTvisas for a passport renewal and visa application, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The process was expensive, confusing, and supported by virtually no customer service. Their phone line repeatedly dropped calls, and email responses took days—there’s no online chat option. The promised rush turnaround wasn’t met, and delays were made worse because they couldn’t link my information between requests. Overall, it was inconvenient, slow, and not worth the cost.

They sit on my visa Vietnam application for a month. Last day, they send me my application number so I would chase it with the consulate. Half of my application was empty.

When I asked them can you fill up and chase it up, they told me it is because I have a non-Aus passport it was delayed, which makes no sense.

I paid another agency to submit the application, I got my visa in 2 days for much less price. Avoid at all costs.

Awful company. I applied for Vietnam visas for my husband and myself and got a whopping bill that included $500 for “Premium Service.” No one told me about that in advance, and I did not receive any special service, so I cancelled the order and reapplied. They screwed up this application. My husband finally got his visa, but I do not have mine. Today I got an email saying my visa was approved and a bill, but there is no visa. We have been billed again and still do not see the American Express credits that CIBT says were issued. You can’t reach the company because they usually do not answer the phone. And when they do answer they are rude and do not want to be bothered cleaning up their mess.

Did I finally get my visa after 6 weeks of back and forth? Yes. Was it a good experience? hardly. I would look elsewhere- especially if you are looking for a company with reliable customer service.

for starters, Simply having someone answer the phone requires a Herculean effort. When I was finally connected, I was given incorrect information.

Email communication is equally disappointing. Responses consistently take at least two days to receive and, once again, they made errors.

This experience has significantly eroded my trust. Based on my experience, I will not be recommending CIBT to colleagues or friends for future visa services.

Fast and efficient service. Website easy to navigate unlike the official Indian Government one. Customer service answered my question as soon as possible.
