Christmas Trees Direct Anmeldelser

Beautiful Christmas tree, fast delivery, definitely recommend.

A brilliant price for a lovely little 2 - 3ft rooted tree. It come in a nice enough gold, plastic pot, but, as I wanted to put it by my front door, I re-potted in a bigger, heavier pot.
Delivery was quick and the tree was well packaged.
A great company to deal with.

It was quick and easy to order the tree on line - and it was delivered on a few days. The tree Ostwald is lovely, but the delivery driver was rude and unfriendly - O complained to the company and had a lovely email apology. When I opened the box, the pot with the tree in was absolutely coated in dried mud- and the red outer pot O paid £10 for was grubby and cheap looking. I’m not sure if I would use the company again

Great tree, delivered quickly . Thank you

Absolutely beautiful tree, in perfect condition with hardly any needle-drop. Highly recommended and will use again next year.

The tree is beautiful! Thank you

Very nice tree. In good condition when it arrived.

Very pleased with our tree, in great condition & a lovely shape.

Lovely tree, well looked after looking health and a great size.

Great company, great customer service

The tree is perfect but delivered without knocking at our door even though I was home and expecting it. Thanks, though, we love it and are looking forward to planting it in a bigger pot, ready for next year!

Blue spruce. Bought it at a good price was delivered within 2 days and the tree was far better than I expected, it really is a lovely bushy and well shaped tree. Hoping to plant it in the field after Christmas.

The Christmas tree is really beautiful and healthy and can be planted out in the garden after the festivities are over. Delivery was smooth.

Very pleased with tree, good shape and in perfect condition. Will contact you earlier next year to get a taller one!
Thank you

Company sent item promptly and was pro active through all contact.

Many thanks

My tree arrived promptly and is perfect. The shape is lovely and it looks just right in my front room. I'm looking forward to planting it in the garden and then bringing it in again next year. Would definitely recommend buying trees from this company.

We ordered a tree at the end of october, and it was supposed to arrive the last week of November. It never came and the company didn't follow up with us until we reached out on Dec 3. They offered to refund 20%, but by Dec 12 it still never came. they did offer a full refund, however we feel very disappointed as we made an effort to order early and still don't have a tree and its 4 days till christmas. Very unreliable.

From ordering on the website to receiving the tree around the time required. Everything went extremely smoothly. The tree is now planted in a larger pot as I hope to try and keep it growing. The tree is a perfect shape regular with plenty of coverage.

Ordering a real Christmas tree online turned out to be a surprisingly smooth and festive experience. At first, it felt a little risky - after all choosing a tree is usually something you do in person, circling it from every angle and checking for gaps. But the convenience quickly won me over.
The ordering process was simple, with clear size options and helpful descriptions. Delivery was right on time, and the tree arrived well packaged and fresh, with a lovely pine scent that instantly made the house feel like Christmas. It was nicely shaped, full and true to the height I selected.
Overall ordering a real Christmas tree online was convenient, stress free and far better than expected. It delivered the same cozy, traditional feel with much less hassle and its an option I'd happily choose again. Thank you Christmas Tree Direct, Five Stars

The tree arrived quickly and was lovely. I wanted a medium size for the front patio.
