Gorgeous bowls, great communication!
My bowls are absolutely gorgeous, and communication was great throughout the process of getting them made. My dogs love them! I have two custom size regular bowls for one dog, and two ear-free bowls for my other that we've had for about 2 years and are still great. I'm already thinking of ordering more water bowls for around the house too!

Regarding the personalisation, we do send a follow-up email asking customers to double-check their orders, as we encounter various personalisation requests and can't always spot errors unless they are obvious - in the case of your bowl unfortunately we didn't spot it.
