I didn't get my money back
NO REFUND RECEIVED OVER A MONTH.
I had sent the rug back to them via a trackable courier, UPS, the good was arrived and signed on the 9th of May. When it was almost 14 days after that, on the 27th of May, I contacted them asking about my refund. They replied it was sent on the 22th of May. (I wish I could upload the screenshot of the message.)
However, as of today, the 11th of June, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE REFUND MONEY. Now it has been over a month after returning of the product.
I messaged them several times again thru Instagram, They said they will double-check but then no answers since then. I requested any record of the transaction, not received any. My purchase was with Master card, very normal and usual card payment. How come the refund on Master card can take this long?
Another update about the previous return communication.
After several messages I sent on Instagram, They replied that I don't need to contact them for returns, as their response here on Trustpilot.
However, this is what they says on their website

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform CHOSAY UG;... by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, telephone, email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

This was clearly written that the customer "must" inform them. So they expect customers to inform but no response would happen? I wouldn't send a more-than-500Euro-value-product without hearing from the retailer.
Anyway, after all of this, I am not receiving my money back even after the return. Is it a total scam?
