Nissan Blackpool I Was given awful customer service by salesman Mr John Taylor and his other colleagues muppets and mostly ignored by Paul Gaskell and Adam turner,
Wrong car given it was another customers car,
Wrong number plates put on my car which is illegal
No sorry 😞 whatsoever
Very distressed situation very unhappy service customer care by Paul Gaskell was disappointing he told me Given the circumstances and the unfortunate lack of trust you now have dealing with John and Chorley Group, its probably best we draw this to a close and you place an order for a second car elsewhere. what a company completely unacceptable customer service and what a terrible customer care and customer support staff awful here and management Adam turner does not reply to any emails, avoid at all costs please 🙏 the company Chorley are the worse car company I have ever encountered buying a car, they have no business sense whatsoever, please 🙏 avoid this company please I have now purchased my car from a fantastic company,
The car was prepared excellently and ready for me to pick up. The staffs were very welcoming and polite. I was also able to get the full history of the vehicle. Overall, I got the car I desired and it was hassle-free

Has to be the worst dealership on the UK especially Nissan Blackpool.
This is the second time I’ve ordered a new car from them and again they’ve pissed me about.
Last time 6 years ago I was forced to travel to Derby from Blackpool to collect the car from a different dealer I’d had on order with Chorley Nissan for months.
I can’t believe they’ve done exactly the same dirty trick again.
I ordered and paid a sizeable deposit on a new Nissan with a delivery date of early March 2026, then it was late March, then April now it’s late May.
They have no mechanism to keep me informed but make me go out of my way to keep visiting their showroom.
Nobody should trust these clowns.

Had an amazing experience at Nissan Blackpool. I rang to enquire about a specific vehicle. They made a bespoke video for me straight away which they sent over. When I arrived I found Staff were very attentive. Helped when I needed it and left you alone to look at cars and test drive which was great. I bought a used car from them which they serviced and MOT’d as the last MOT had less than 9 months on it. Came back with a couple of advisories which they fixed straight away. Jennifer was great, as well as everyone else I came in contact with. Other garages I’ve been to have treated me differently when they realise it’s a second hand car I want, but not here. They treat everyone the same. Highly recommend this dealership.

We recently purchased a Nissan Qashqai E. Power car from The Chorley Group Blackpool. Overall the experience was positive and straightforward. Brodie Hamer was efficient, knowledgeable and patient, answering all our questions without pressure. Which made us feel confident in our decision. Overall we’re happy with our purchase and the way Brodie treated us. We would recommend The Chorley Group Blackpool to anyone looking for a professional and transparent car-buying experience. After looking online, we decided to view a car in Blackpool Nissan. We were met by Kris who was friendly and welcoming. Our initial fear of car salesmen was soon dissipated as Kris put us at ease rather than put pressure on us. We had a test drive then took some time to think about our next step. The whole team are busy but all take time to say hi and check we are ok. Anton the manager also took time to thank us for choosing them. Great experience all round and of course we bought the car

Great experience from the test drive, viewing and ordering, it was all made so easy. John Taylor was very helpful in keeping us informed regarding delivery and through the collection process.John spent time going through the new technology and car controls. This is for service today, Friday 29/9/25 my 1st service for my new car, my first experience of the service department at Chorley Nissan.
I was told by someone (not Rebecca) to be there for 8am I arrived at 7,50, the service department does not open until 8,30am.
1st mistake
Gave my details, and waited for the courtesy car.
It was with another client who’s car had been in service the previous day wasn't ready, NO phone call to me to let me know the previous the day before to make me aware of the situation
2nd mistak
They had to phone the person and get him to return the loan car, he said he would be there at 9am, I managed to arrive at after 9.30
3rd mistake. They should have e phoned him at 8.30 when he hadn’t returned the car as instructed
4th mistake
I enquired if the car would be given a wipe over inside before handover, I was told NO. they only clean the cars on a weekend
5th mistake
John Taylor who sold me the car spotted us and came over to have a word, and we told him what was going on,and from there things took a turn for the better as we were chatting he spotted the car arriving back and took charge, and made sure the car had a wipe over before the hand over. in these times they should be cleaned inside after every return, ther is the COVID VIRUS still prevelent and CHICKEN POX, what made it worse for me, the car had been with an NHS doctor who works at at hospital.
Most unhygienic
We managed to get away a few minutes to 10am.
I was in the garage for 2 HOURS far too long for a ‘DROP OFF’ for a servicing.
I will be interested to see what the pick up procedure will be like!!!
All in all certainly not a good first impression.
