How is it not possible to leave NO stars? This company is a complete con - it's too good to be true. I bought a large winter hooded dressing gown - what arrived was made from cheapest fancy dress fabric I have ever seen. Refund policy is a joke, they'll get you to send it back to China- stay well away!!!!!

They are the absolute worst
They are the absolute worst. I ordered 2 weighted hoodie sweatshirts that arrived late and were the exact opposite of weighted. They are the cheapest, lightest fabric, they came with no tags of any kind (not even size tags). I emailed the customer service department and they replied that I could send them back at my expense, however on their website, it states that they will replace the items if the wrong ones are sent. Nope, not the case, they said I can pay to return and if the items are received on time that they will make sure the item is 'perfect' and then they will refund me. I have zero confidence in them returning my money but I don't want to keep these garbage hoodies that even Dollar General wouldn't sell. Just another person falling for this silly scam they've got going on. What a shame. Definitely don't buy from them.

RIP OFF!!! ordered a "glass" book coffee mug for my son, it was 100% plastic. Trying to return it, their policy states if it does not fit the description, they will give a label for return. 100% Lie!!! I can return to China but have to pay shipping. They misrepresented (lied) about what they would send and then want me to pay to ship back their piece of junk. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Son una estafa. No es una tienda, es como un Amazon o AliExpress, pero en cubierto. Se muestran como una tienda para hinchar los precios y dar una imagen de confianza , pero luego no dan servicio. No se responsabilizan de lo que venden y si quieres devolverlo te dicen que pagues tú los costes a China. Tú les compras a ellos pero luego no les puedes devolver a ellos. Vamos que te dan mejor servicio en AliExpress. Compré una mochila que ellos marcan con un precio de 100 €, como la de la marca a la que imitan, y encontré la misma (idéntica, usan las mismas fotos) en AliExpress por 20€ y estos últimos si que ofrecen devolución gratuita. Y no es cuestión que las devoluciones sean incomodas, es que la opción que ofrecen es más costosa que el precio real del producto, toda una estrategia para evitar devoluciones. Repito, son una está.

I can't believe I fell for it!!! It's an AI generated online store, trying to look like a family owned european shop or something like that. But it isn't. It's located in Hong Kong and they sell the same stuff you would get from Aliexpress or Shein, only at a higher price. I specifically ordered a whiskey glass that turned out to be of aweful quality. I will try to get my money back, I assume they won't give me any problems.

Do not order from this company!! They are despicable people with poor business practices. To start, their product is of very poor quality and the sizing is really off. The product looks nothing like they advertise on their website. When you attempt to return the product they make it extremely difficult I.e. you have to return the product to China. Peccato che non posso dare "0" stelle
Peccato che non posso dare "0" stelle. Il sito è ben fatto è lascia trasparire che la fabbrica è in europa e precisamente nei paesi bassi. Indicano i tempi di consegna in 8-9 giorni. In realtà dovrebbe (uso il condizionale" essere in Cina ed ho ricevuto la merce (due maglie) ordinata dopo circa un mese. La merce ottenuta è priva di ogni etichettatura benchè sia stata be pagata; quindi non è dato sapere se sia di lana, fibra sintetica o pelle di vacca e come trattarla nel lavaggio; credo nel mercato cosidetto "americano" si trovi di meglio. E pensare che doveva essere un regalo da fare!! Inutile pensare alla restituzione della merce perchè dovrei spendere altri soldi. La colpa comunque è mia, avrei dovuto prima consultare trustpilot.

Salve, purtroppo io a distanza di un mese e 3 giorni, per la precisione, ho ricevuto uno stivale completamente differente dal mio ordine con 43 anziché 38 di scarpa e dopo continui messaggi che mi dicevano di temporeggiare nell attesa del mio ordine mi sono ritrovata a dover chiedere il rimborso che temo non arriverà mai quindi pessima esperienza evitare di acquistare cose da questo sito. Wow, would give 0 stars, but not an option. Ordered on 8 Nov, waited 1 weeks for the order to get sent wrong size. Great News, I can pay an extra £10 to cover shipping and keep the size that I never ordered that doesn't fit. Lucky me ! Didn't accept, obviously, so many emails to confirm the size I ordered, still waiting. The company are now nor replying to emails. I have a small business myself... I will share my experience with many others... if I ran my business in this manner I wouldn't be operating. Well done, really wish I had had the time to read previous reviews.

Hanno mandato un prodotto completamente difforme da quello pubblicizzato. Qualità scadentissima e invece di essere un trench era un camicione con il tessuto più leggero di quello di una maglietta. Ho chiesto il rimborso e dopo avermi chiesto delle foto del capo che era appena arrivato mi hanno offerto il 10% di rimborso o un 50% di buono da utilizzare sul loro sito. Veramente una truffa vergognosa.

Ho avuto dei dubbi dopo che ho letto le recensioni ma mi sono dovuta ricredere dopo aver ricevuto l'articolo ordinato, uno zaino bellissimo, di qualità. Non ho capito ancora questa azienda con nome francese, che scrive in tedesco e spedisce dalla Cina! Ma dell' articolo acquistato sono molto contenta. Due settimane per riceverlo. Non è costato poco rispetto ad altri articoli italiani, di marca, pagati meno ma che dopo un po' li ho dovuti buttare. Vedrò nel tempo. Ma per adesso sono contenta.

Do not buy from this company! They do not want you to return the products ( very poor material) and you have to send back to China. This company should not be trading and it's not made clear what their returns policy is- you have to email and they first give you 10% off to keep the product and if you refuse 20% and then 30%. Es ropa de China. Viene sin marca y es de una calidad muy baja. El proceso de devolución es un infierno, No paran de ofrecer descuentos o reembolsos parciales para evitar la devolución y el coste del envío es por cuenta del comprador, a China.
