Amazing customer service. I asked my Grandson to order an initial M necklace as he hasn’t shopped with Chlobo before and would get a discount for his first order. The necklace arrived and when I opened it had the initial A. I rang customer services abc spoke to Ian and explained that the wrong initial had been ordered and it was for a 21st birthday present the next day. Ian reassured me that he would get a replacement necklace the following day and arrange a connection for the wrong necklace. Ian literally saved the day for me and I can’t thank him enough. I told friends at the party about the amazing service. The jewellery is beautiful and the young lady who received the gift was over the moon

Bought one of the bracelets for my mums birthday, it arrived with me very quickly and was gift wrapped perfectly. Even smelt gorgeous!! Thank you ChloBo

Purchased a necklace for my mum for Christmas and she's loves it!! Another piece to add to her ChloBo collection. As always, great quality, quick delivery and beautifully packaged. I'm sure I'll be making another purchase soon ✨

Thank you again for a brilliant experience. I love ChloBo jewellery and the meanings behind all of the charms. They are always consistent and everything is 925 Sterling Silver and haven’t chosen to use cheaper metals. I wear my bracelets through the day, holidays and dress them up to go out and always get lots of compliments. I’m definitely a repeat customer.

Very long waiting periods such a let down.... cannot rely on getting items on time for birthdays ... but whwn someone does communicate the team are lovely but dispatch delays give me anxiety waited nearly 18 days had to send it all back missed the birthday took a chance again in Jan 2026 still no communication still no dispatch ...update.... item arrived... no gift bag no ribbon on the box no new tag on the necklace ..the hamd of happiness necklace is aweful brassy looking and its flimsy no weight to it ..does not compare in weight to the one I have in silver... yet this is supposed tp be silver... I have sent the item back and they know its been a waste of time for me. No apology ..I will be unsubscribing from Chlobo .since it was off the back of their regular emsils that I decided to purchase the gift in the first place..wrong move..as clearly they do not care what they are sending to me .....and whats with the not being able to use all the loyalty points i have accumulated... ..silver is not expensive I will be buying more carefully in future ... do your research people ..

Ordered on the 7th and still not received and it’s 15th, unhelpful customer service and no sign of the item that was supposed to be a gift but now too late

After making a purchase, this company has been excellent communicators from start to finish. I was informed my parcel was due for dispatch and received it the following day! My prayers were answered when I also managed to get through to a person and not an automated voice on the phone when querying a product I liked the look of. I will definitely be ordering again!

I have bought chlobo for a long time now and have never had a bad experience.The quality of the bracelets are fantastic,my wife has an arm full of them and the older one look as good as the newer ones .I buy my nieces them for there birthdays and Christmas and they love them .

Had 3 bracelets bought as a gift 2 years ago. Kept them safe in my jewellery box. Wore them today for the first time in nearly a year. When I went to take them off before bed, all 3 snapped, 1 after the other. Even my partner was super gentle taking the 3rd bracelet off and it still snapped. Will stick to my Tiffany bracelets as although more expensive, you get what you pay for. Chlobo is terrible quality.

I love this jewellery although it does fall apart and loosen quite often. I recently ordered 2 rings and a bracelet, I know I need the bracelet re-sizing and tried to contact before purchase, no response! I bought them anyway as they were in the sale, since I've got them I've emailed, contact form and tried to call - no response. Well they've just lost a customer for good as they'll be going back.
Terrible customer service and after care service.

Very poor quality for the price. They recommend taking jewellery off to have a shower, no perfume or products to get on them. Taking them on and off stretch the string. Therefore, you need to pay and get them restrung.

I've bought multiple pieces from here over the years and love every one. Quick postage and lovely packaging and that was no different this year for my valentines treat to myself!

Poor quality. Size of beads is misleading. Not value for money. Customer service extremely poor. Fancy packaging probably costs more than the product. Rip-off! Will never order again!

Have purchased ChloBo pieces since 2015 and have never faulted them, last purchase was in 2022 for daughter and this year she wanted few pieces. Never had issues with delivery or bad comms from customer service.
But this years purchases the quality isn't to standard and seems to have slipped. The silver looks poor value, unsure if the 92.5% silver is of quality.

Not value for money as I can purchase 999 silver jewellery same price point and high standard.

Items returned and no issues.

I have had at least 12 different bracelets and unfortunately they break very easily. I purchased some elastic wire to repair as chlobo charge silly money for repairs and the lady in the shop said she makes a lot of her own jewellery and has never had any returned broken so chlobo must use cheap stock! It's not as if they are cheap pieces. Unfortunately I have now stopped buying them.

I bought a beautiful anklet earlier this year. In love with it! Unfortunately I recent broke it. I contacted ChloBo about a repair and they replied very quickly with instructions on how to return the item for repair. They replied super fast to let me know they had received my anklet, and as it was under warranty, repaired it free of charge! Within two weeks I had the anklet back, good as new! Couldn’t be happier with the service received.

I got a bottle of their perfume recently and it is such a gorgeous scent.
They're customer service is impeccable and I can't wait to experience more of the brand!

I bought my mum the elephant charm bracelet as a last minute present for her 67th birthday and she hasn’t taken it off since. She’s even kept the packaging on her dresser as she loved it so much.

I've got several ChloBo pieces - bracelets, rings, necklaces - and they've all lasted really well. I wear them daily! I've gifted some pieces to friends and family too and they've loved them.
