C’est toujours un plaisir! Maintenant qu’il y a une boutique en physique sur Paris c’est une nouvelle expérience! Le personnel est hyper sympa, à l’écoute et au top! Je recommande les yeux fermés! Et les bijoux sont à tomber!!!!

Okay so let me just say that as a woman who always sticks to good old fashioned diamonds, I wasn't sure a lab grown diamond would look or feel quite the same to me, I was worried when ordering a special made engagement ring because you can only get an idea of what its gonna look like, it came out AMAZING!! If you have any hesitations about buying from this company, put them to rest, the quality and craftsmanship put into their jewelry is first class all the way. Id also like to compliment the customer care and assistance along the way. They are with you through the entire process if you need them. I would give them more than 5 stars if could. Stunning amazing and beautiful is all I have to say!

When placing my order Kimai confirmed delivery in time for Christmas. Despite several conversations with Sidney and her staff and their assurances delivery would be achieved it was not.

Ugne in the London store was super helpful when initially choosing an engagement ring. This kindness and helpfulness extended into post proposal ring resizing and early wedding band discussions. Couldn't recommend more!

The customer service team (both online and in the London shop) were very helpful to me in choosing the right dates for delivery. The item I bought (ivy necklace) is lovely and made a wonderful gift. The only slight issue I had - the website doesn’t enable you to choose things like day of delivery, but the returns cut off date is ‘within two weeks of taking delivery’. This made it a little stressful when trying to order a surprise present for a birthday, because you couldn’t buy too early lest you lose the ability to return, but equally you then ran the risk of ordering too late and not having the item. This then required various emails exchanged with the (lovely) customer service team who ensured things were well sorted, but it delayed me buying the item and did cause a little stress

Très heureuse de ma commande et du professionnalisme de l’équipe Kimai. J’étais retissante quand à l’achat par internet, de plus que j’habitue en France. J’ai pu longuement échanger avec l’équipe par mail, avant de sauter le pas pour mon achat. Et le bijoux et encore plus beau en vrai qu’en photo. J’ai commandé le jeudi soir à 17h, et le lendemain à 11h j’étais livré alors que j’habite en France. Je recommande quand à l’envoie 100% sécurisé de la marchandise.

Amazing customer service! I ordered a diamond bracelet last minute and realized the delivery date was too late. I contacted Kimai, and they immediately helped expedite shipping—getting it out the same day. The bracelet is beautiful, and their responsiveness made all the difference.
