Avoid avoid avoid this is a fraud company and scamming customers also they are stating on their website 24*7 support my foot they dont even answer the f***ing phone or whatsapp and they are biggest liers. Don't trust them.

Very poor customer service. I asked a simple question about whether Malayalam channels were included in the Indian channel package. Instead of answering clearly, the responses were rude and dismissive. As a customer, it’s normal to confirm which language channels are available because India has many regional languages. A professional provider should be able to answer basic questions respectfully. I would not recommend this service based on the experience I had!

I requested for a call and the person responded that he don't encourage calls. I then inquired about the 1 month package they had advertised in the website via whatsapp text message. The person assumed I was asking free service and started responding rudely. I said that is not the way he talks to customers. It then went into a verbal fight in whatsapp after which he abused me and blocked.

"I honestly never experienced such poor service. The response I received was extremely rude and unprofessional. found the contact number on the website and called it, but there was no answer. Later, I received a message asking who I was. I explained that I wanted to purchase a subscription for their TV service. The responses I received were rude and lacked any politeness. When I asked why the communication was so rude, I was told that this was their “procedure.”
The person then asked me to send a photo as proof of address. I requested to speak by phone, but he replied that I was wasting his time, called me a scammer, and blocked my number.
After reading online reviews, I discovered that many other customers had experienced the same behavior.
I now feel fortunate that I did not proceed with this company. The situation felt very suspicious, and the warning signs were quite obvious.

Worst experience just now!! Trying to register for Chithram TV. No proper support available from start. They do not care about new customers and no proper guidance to them at all.

They are messaging without checking and saying we would have deleted the app and do not come and waste our time!! Such RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! and blocks our number. No means to reach out to them for support. Not worth!!

I enquired about their service and package on tv and the customer care representative called me scammer. This is the way they treat the new customer. Then he is asking me if i don't have any job then search a job. I think many would be having such experience with them. Horrible company. I would never recommend them to anyone.

I was interested in getting a subscription and contacted through what's app.
The message was 'get lost you idiot' for just asking them what the channels were in the package!!!!
I would never trust them, if that's the way they behave to a potential customer. I've passed this information on to my friends who are existing customers of theirs, who have decided to terminate the existing subscriptions and pass this information around.
I wish there is a zero star option.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The person I spoke with was rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. Instead of answering basic questions, they gave attitude, dodged my queries, and even told me not to waste their time. No respect, no courtesy—just pure arrogance.

I would give 0 star, if possible. Really bad attitude from a salesman, who did his best to sale chitram to us and after receiving the box , when I approached to ask doubt , he behaved very rude. I have screenshots of the messages. Very unprofessional, stay away from this stupid company. I would recommend all indians to avoid buying chitram.
