Calling them more than a month now for a connection but never pics call and never replies in wats app.
What kind of a company is this

The product is junk, the service is worse, and they’ll say anything to trick you into leaving a good review. Avoid like the plague.

I enquired about their service and package on tv and the customer care representative called me scammer. This is the way they treat the new customer. Then he is asking me if i don't have any job then search a job. I think many would be having such experience with them. Horrible company. I would never recommend them to anyone.

This one is absolutely waste..please dont waste your money with this..I bought this one on 6 months ago (1 year subscription)for more than hudred pounds ..now after 6 months, service is completely blocked..it seems like I need to buy new subscription now..I tried to contact the customer service but they seems to be not bothering about this.My advice to everyone is not to get cheated with chitram t.v, please do not waste your money, once you paid your money, they dont litterally care about anything.

While reading some good reviews about Chitram TV in UK, I have been trying to contact the sales team to enquire about new contract but they never ever answer the calls ,after few rings the phone gets disconnected with a reply message to contact the customer service. Though the customer service team answers the calls most times, but they do not give new connections, instead they take our details promising someone from sales team will call back , which never happened in past whole month. I wonder how they are running this business . Also I am worried about the money if they take from us for the new contract then service may stop. Really concerning how this kind of unregulated firms doing business in the UK

OMG, I've never seen such a worst customer service in history, they'll take at least 1 week to reply for WhatsApp message and after taking all the details from you they'll say we don't have now try again next week, utter stupid sales team and so rude and I hope they shut that down in uk and we'll continue to buy from france 🇫🇷 excellent sales team and you'll get it done in no time.

Whenever you contact the agent to report any issue you will get the rude response.

Have been using for last 3 + years , most of the channels buffer and not available even though I use cable based connection (Not Wifi as that was even worst)
Recently the Set top box stopped working and then horror started ..its been almost 2 months since I have been trying to reach the customer service no hope , no response , website has only whatsapp number and no one responds .
Even if you want to buy a new set top the payment numbers don't work (Belgium number - no one pickup , Netherland number - is not in service) . As long as you are ok with sub standard reception and no customer service you can go with it.

Poor transmission quality, live TV channels are not HD quality even after connecting to ethernet cable, no customer support for technical help. The classic box is very cheap and useless, watching through fire TV app is slightly better but no regular updates provided. Lot to improve guys if you wish to survive in this Ultra 4K HD generation.

Do not buy anything from ChitramTV bunch of scammers. You will never see your money or the products you paid your hard earned money fore.

Chitram tv USB stick or set top box which is better for good performance ?

I have subscribed to Chitram tv this year. On a positive note the shows come on time. Most shows are good. Supersinger recording is very poor But the recorded and direct live telecast poor recording , freezing jumping with no sequence. One can lose the will to watch.
Hope they can correct this or may be goodbye.

Been using chitram tv for past 1 year, really enjoying it and getting replies from the team also fastly. Only noticed problem is that at times some of the channels gets buffered.
