Awful experience. Poor customer service from the start. If you purchase, you get the option to select a date to deliver. Ignore this! They deliver on a date to suit their courier, in our case 2 week... Se mere
Be aware, there are no returns on Mattresses unlike more reputable bedding companies. Website states "If you want to try it at home – simply leave the packaging on" but they arrive vacuum pack... Se mere

Terrible company sent bed for son which said white was more cream also pieces did not fit together there was screws missing so I had to purchase from screwfix it took 9 hours because pieces weren’t lining up to holes I’ve asked for replacement they said send pics I can’t send pics if can’t put it together have not heard anything like it so I’m now £180.00 down and no bed for my 5 year old son 😔
Ordered a bed on 31st January 2018. 35 days later my order had to be cancelled due to Askaxl delivery service couldn't get their act together. After I reorganised my order at my own phone cost, as the bed shop don't do compensation! I had to reorder delivery on 3 separate occasions, and I still didn't receive it. Childrens bed company apologised about the delay, but didn't seem to be that bothered as twice they asked if I would like to cancel my order. Was there a bed to be delivered in the first place, who knows! Askaxl has the worst communication skills I have ever came across. I hope I never have to deal with them ever again.... worst experience ever!
I reordered the same bed from Tesco, and I received it with in 6 days. I must say it's been the worst ordering experience I've ever had. Ive had a very upset Daughter also. So I wouldn't recommend putting yourself through this trauma, as I have....
The only good experience I've had with the Children's bed shop is, they refunded my money back quickly. Christine from customer services had good communication skills, she kept in contact with me throughout, even though I didn't get my bed....
bought a £1500 child's bed, 10 days to arrive took 4 weeks before we revived any correspondence extremely poor service and communications would suggest that if you have a lead time for delivery double this and maybe triple as the excuse will be pleasure reconfirm colour.. or pleas note that-there is an extra missing part called the phone\// stay away as far as our experience is we cancelled 5 weeks into the delivery and they just laughed and sounded very a happy about the reason as it must happens lot a waste of 5 weeks and money.

I received my order more than 2 months ago. The sales team and customer service at the time were very helpful.
The order arrived but the supplier had sent an incorrect panel for the children's bunk bed. And one of the side panels had transit damage. As I had paid for the fitters to come and assemble the bunk and I had gotten rid of the old bed to make space for the new, the fitters drilled extra holes in the incorrect panel to put the bunk together.
I got in touch with the customer service team to explain that the end result was not ideal and the under-bed drawer wouldn't close properly as a result but I could try to live with it if they showed some consideration. I send photos as requested to support my issue. Sending out replacement panels would incur an expense for them and for me as I would have to bear another disassembly-assembly cost.
I was told by customer service that I would need to take it up with the 'management' by physically writing in to them - there is no email address. Not sure if the 'management' understand how ridiculous this sounds.
I wrote in and was told to expect a reply in 2-4 weeks. I didn't get a response so I chased up in 2 weeks and was told they didn't have any record of receiving my letter - I should have sent it by recorded delivery. I forwarded a scanned copy to them and was told it would be forwarded on to the 'management' I have tried to chase up for a response multiple times now. It is almost 8 weeks now and still nothing. They don't seem to want to know. The customer service team has tried to help but I don't think they have any powers to do much more.
If you are thinking of ordering from here then my advice would be to bear my experience in mind. If all is well with your order then that's fine, but should something go wrong, this is what you can expect.
I am seeking advice, weighing my options and looking at taking the matter further.
My order was received on 31/08, I noticed that part of the bed was damaged which I reported the same day.
Its now the 06/09 and I still have no idea if/when I will receive the replacement part. CBS seem completely disinterested in resolving the problem. Numerous phone calls and emails are responded to in the same way - "we are looking into this".
I've had enough so asked for a refund. Apparently it needs management to authorise - can I speak to a manager? No they are all in a meeting. ..
Luckily I paid on a credit card so I can at least claim the money back via a section 75.
Ordered a domino bunk bed at the weekend which was delivered on Tuesday. On opening boxes some of the parts were severely damaged and unusable. Contacted the service department (Catherine) who was very helpful and arranged for a complete replacement the next working day. Second bed arrived without any issues. Was easy to construct and kids are made up. An unfortunate and inconvenient situation but fault clearly lay with the courier company (XDP). I cannot fault the customer service from childrensbedshop and i would certainly use again and would/will recommend to others
Great experience , smooth, fast with quick customer support (via email) - the lowest price of Double Bus Bunk Bed I could find online. Pleased !
This is the second major purchase that I have made from this company. Communication was regular and clear. The Galipette Alpha 2 Door Wardrobe received is excellent and a good price. However, due to no direct fault of their own, certain panels had been damaged in transit. Yet Childrensbedshop quickly sorted out the issue within a few hours (remarkable!) offering replacement parts or a fair partial refund to reflect the damage. This is the sort of excellent customer service that makes a company. Will use again based on this response.

I thought picking my two children's new beds would be a hard task and they are both so fussy. A friend recommend the Children's Bed Shop to me, so I browsed the website and asked the kids if they liked the look of any beds. They had so much choice- they loved the themes. Delivery was great & staff helpful. Kids love going to bed early which is great for me! Would highly recommend and use again. Thanks!
