My biggest complaint was the sizes of the mugs I received....I placed one for my best friend in Va., on 12/1 which she received roughly two weeks later and one for my sister in Jersey which she received about a week or two later but after reading all these complaints I guess I should just be happy they received their mugs at all! Lol.... The quality of the pic etc was really nice but I wasn’t expecting them on these little tiny regular size mugs because these big mugs are pictured....Oh well at least I got them.

Ordered thinking I was gonna get a mug by Christmas ordered on the 1st of the month still nothing and no way to contact no reply to emails really upset gonna have to go thru my bank for a refund

I wish there was a zero for stars!!! I ordered mugs on 12/07/19 with their site stating if ordered today you’d get your items before Christmas! That was a LIE I’m guessing to get people to order!!! Needless to say I’m getting no tracking information?! It comes up item doesn’t exist?! Never ordering again and now will look to seek a refund from my bank for no items received!! There’s no phone contact either.. just email! An they suck responding to that! Avoid this company!

Do NOT order from this company. They take your money and do not respond to emails. I was sent a tracking number that could not be tracked. I reached out to them. They say only to email once but I was ignored for a whole month and still no reply. Never received my package so I had to dispute it with my bank. This company is a scam!

I just received the wrong two items and no phone number to call only email. As a first time customer I'm disappointed as these were to be Christmas gifts..

I ordered my cup over a month ago but I still havent recieved it. I got a UPS number weeks ago but each time i check the website it says in transit. Its been over a month but the ad says u will get it in a few days. I think I should just admit that I was scammed and my friend wont get her gift. So disappointed!!!!

I placed an order on 10/31 and still have not received it. I have reached out three times, with no reply and have not received a refund. THIS IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

So I will admit AT FIRST I thought they were fake and it was a big scam.. I bought my Bestie a cup on 11/20/2019 after I saw the ad on Instagram and received the typical confirmation email. However, I did purchase using Paypal just because I had never heard of the company before and I have been scammed before so I knew Paypal would refund me if it was fake. I didn't trust putting my debit card info into some random website. So about 11 days later my purchase I grew suspicious and reached out to Paypal to open a claim for fraud because I hadn't received my shipping info and the website said 3 to 5 days. Paypal put in the claim and reached out to ChicZero who then in turn reached out to me and sent me the shipping details. They also apologized for the inconvenience and that was that. About a week late it is now 12/5/2019 and I just received the cup. I must say I am completely in love with the cup and my bestfriend loves it so much she almost cried. So no the company is not fake or a scam but they can definitely work on their communication skills. I give ChicZERO a 4 out of 5 stars for their work!!

I placed my order over a month ago and my package has NOT arrived. There is NO phone number to contact anyone and the email address doesn't seem to work either. BAD BAD BAD, I DO BELIEVE THIS IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY. DO NOT ORDER FROM CHICZERO

Fake company...false products. Complete scam of a company

I place my order on November 10, 2019 and I have not heard a peep from this company. I am about to request my money back. I am not happy with this company. DO NOT order from here, it is a JOKE!
