I ordered a jacket for my birthday, was extremely disappointed when I later found out it had been refunded. Why does the app let you place orderes if it’s out a stock?!!? Was even more disappointed when I later found out it wouldn’t be refunded till after my birthday so I couldn’t even order a new 1 in time!!

Ordered some berghaus track pants, the incorrect colour where sent and the colour I want are no longer in stock or available anywhere.
Contacted chevron on the 07.12 and again on the 11.12 via email as there is no phone number however I still have had no response. Will soon be past the 14 day refund window so I'm expecting to be out of pocket.

Experience has left me frustrated, down a present and with pants that are being sold cheaper that what I paid for So just wish I'd not bothered ordering.

Really unprofessional to not respond to emails and slightly strange how limited the options are to contact the company.

Great communication. Unfortunately there was a glitch with the computer system which meant a trip to the shop. Everything was sorted, quickly and efficiently with no fuss at this busy time of year.

I’ve placed two orders with Chevron Clothing, both of which have been cancelled with no explanation as to why. I get an email to say that my order has been dispatched, an email from DPD to say that they’re expecting my parcel and then a third email comes from Chevron saying that my order has been refunded. The item that I’m trying to purchase is still in stock on the website so I’m unsure as to why my order keeps being cancelled. Very annoying!

Timberland shoes arrived as ordered the following day.

Received an e- mail to advise my item had been shipped. A week after, when it had not arrived, I followed up. I was told that the item was not in stock and that they would give me a full refund in 5-7 days - why when I paid at the day of purchase?! I also went straight onto their website, where the item was still being advertised as available. I even got a further e- mail after being on the site saying I’d left it behind and why didn’t I purchase the item! SHAMBLES!

We had a little problem with our order wrong size sent out and then the return was messed up not chevron clothing’s fault was royle mail but the way we was treated from chevron clothing was absolutely amazing and was kept upto date and reassured that it would be resolved if it did not show up and the correct size was sent straight out when it did

Well packaged items sent in a reasonable timescale however one item was sent wrongly sized so slight disappoint.ent in that but overall good service👍👍
