Warning if you want a refund
I ordered a dress, which when it arrived was iof a decent quality, however, it didnt fit as I would want.I contacted chic day straight away and requested a refund. However it was almost a month and many emails later before they responded to my request.In my last email to them I mentioned I was entitled to a refund in accordance with Consumer Contract Regulations, they then responded.I was offered a refund of 2/3 of the full price of the item and I could keep it.They offered me this as I would have to pay for the return.
The dress was £25.99 and they refunded me £15.54.It may not have cost £10 to return it but I just wanted rid of them, so accepted their offer.The refund policy looks straight forward, beware it isnt.Wont be using them again.
