DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. We ordered a bed from these people and the customer service and delivery was nothing short of abysmal. The first scheduled delivery for which I took a day off work never arrived. When we called which was numerous times to get the delivery we were fobbed off with lies and excuses. We finally received the order a month after purchasing. Yes the website is cheaper than most but ended up costing us more due to loss of earnings when they advised delivery. The savings originally were considerably outweighed by the huge incompetence and inconvenience they caused.

I had the delivery with in a week. There was a little hick up with the installation but when Kofi and his helper came were exceptional they didn’t leave till it was perfect to the cm.

Superb company to deal with .
I’ve had a superking bed with headboard included and 4 separate wall boards for another bedroom.
Quality is better than I expected, especially considering the very attractive price.
Wall boards look great and are very easy to fit.
All items delivered by their own driver . Very well packaged.

Would rate 0 stars if I could.
After perfect communication up until the date of order since then I have not received my item nor am I getting any replies via whatsapp or phone.
Have requested a refund on numerous occasions and am yet to get my money back.

Love it, mattress is very comfy and the bed itself is the same colour as the carpet. The delivery and fitting was quick and we are happy with the product.

Great customer service. All my furniture arrived on time and the quality is divine. Very pleased with my order and its quality.

I felt incredibly well looked after by this company, especially by the manager himself. He took the time to really listen and understand the exact measurements I required. He even stayed on the phone with me for quite some time, helping me work out precise dimensions, advising me on what would work best for my space, and making sure the headboard, base, and mattress would all align perfectly.

That level of patience and attention to detail made me feel truly supported in getting the design I wanted.

The delivery was impressively fast—my order arrived in less than a week—and they even helped arrange someone to install the headboards for me. The whole transaction felt easy, straightforward, and built on mutual trust, which made the experience stress-free from start to finish.

Now that everything has arrived, I can honestly say I’m in love with my new bed and headboards. The quality feels solid and well-made, and although I’ve only had them for a week, I’m confident they’ll last.

If you’re considering purchasing from this store, know that you’ll be well looked after. Customer service truly seems to be their priority, and they deliver both excellent products and an excellent buying experience.

COURT ACTION! CUSTOMERS BEWARE!
Paid for 2 x bedside cabinets months ago, but not received. I have contacted them multiple times. They give excuse after excuse, but no goods and no refund.
I am now taking the company to court. I will also be getting my money back via my credit card company.

I recently just ordered and received my Amelia chesterfield bespoke headboard from chic concept.I would just like to thank Adam for his 5 star plus service.It was so nice to speak to someone who is so helpful and understanding when I phoned to order.Exceptional service. The delivery men were so pleasant and even put my headboard behind my settee untill I was ready to put it in the bedroom.Excellent service from then after their long journey.The bespoke headboard I ordered is beyond my expectations beautiful quality.I would highly recommend chic concept UK and cannot thank Adam enough.Excellent communication and first class service. I am split with this company. Never ordered before but good website and placed an order online on 20 June 25 after receiving free material samples. I heard nothing about delivery so I contacted them and was told it would be no later than 12/13th July. Evening of 12th, I received a phone call saying the bed was loaded on the van but there was an issue with the brakes and it won’t be delivered on 13th July should be 16th July but they need to confirm their route first. It was delivered on 16th about 6pm, wrong headboard! So frustrating, paid extra for wings on the headboard and they weren’t there. They had to take the wrong one away I can’t recall much of an apology just send it back and we’ll attach wings. It was finally delivered back on Tuesday 29 July at 4pm. I am split because the actual bed is good, better colour choices available than other companies but customer service is poor and trying to contact them is difficult. They don’t answer very often despite what time or what day and I called them many many times to find out when the bed was first being delivered and secondly when the correct headboard would be redelivered. Poor daughter, the excitement of her new bed wore off quickly and she ended up saying, I’ll believe it when I see it. Improve your customer service and check orders better before dispatch then this would be a good company to use. This was my experience of them as a new customer.

Very well built and excellent quality. Was better than I expected to be honest. The hydraulic struts were a nice touch I wasn't expecting either.

We were looking for a single bed for our toddler. Fabric samples arrived promptly.
Bed arrived around 3 weeks after ordering- which was the guidelines they stated on the website. Had a call to check what side I wanted the drawers on, which was useful! Very pleased with the look and quality.
Delivery men were very helpful. Was good it didn’t arrive flat packed like most things these days!

Would have given 5 stars if communication about the exact delivery time was better.

Would use this company again

From initial conversations to ordering the process was easy. The team on the WhatsApp channel were very accommodating and quick to respond. Panels arrived well packaged and looking great, sizing was spot on and they look even better installed. Recommend if you are in need of wall panels / headboards. Only reason for the 4 stars, after ordering I seem to have to chase to get an update, had no email confirmation of the order, no order number to quote etc.

Can only review the service as the product never turned up despite numerous broken promises. Repeatedly called over several weeks to chase delivery and each time given a different date! The operators on the phone sounded like they couldnt care less, promising it would come the following week each time to no avail. Still not received a refund or the product!

All queries were dealt with efficiently. Love my bed too, looks just like the picture.

Excellent customer service. Having children with severe allergies it was difficult for us to order a decent priced natural mattress quickly but the gentlemen at Chic Concept went above and beyond to design and make a mattress which was natural and contained wool but also fit onto our sons' new bunkbed in our new home. The delivery team were also lovely and kept us updated on our delivery time and date. Our son's love their new mattresses and it was a great price. Would highly recommend and definitely use again. I placed an order for a full foam mattress with aloe vera cover. The mattress was very firm, with perfect foam density.

The item was delivered on time. The best thing for me was the excellent communication from the seller.
