Exceptional service! The staff is outstanding—responsive, efficient, and incredibly helpful. Everything was handled promptly and with great care. Truly a top-notch experience!

many thanks to everyone at CTC friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble, cracking price as well

Bought a 320d from Chepstow Trade Centre from their site in Ponthir. Delt witth Rob who was decent in the sale and not pushy at all. There was an issue after purchasing the car and realised that an optional extra that was advertised wasn't actually on the car. Between Rob and Mark they were fair and gave me a refund for this as a good will gesture. Couldn't say fairer than that. They gave me the time and even with the issue Rob didn't hurry me and was happy spending the time to resolve the issue. Fair, reasonable, slightly overpriced in all honesty but I was happy paying for what I did. Overall, a fairly good experience. Just make sure you do your homework and know exactly what your buying, just like buying from anyone.

Picked up my new car today and I can’t thank Mark and Rob enough for all their help. Fantastic service, friendly, no pressure sales! Would highly recommend.

At 1st I did give these guys a good rating, HOWEVER. since then, which has been around 3 months, the supposedly fault free car they sold me has turned into anything but & the report I've now have had done on the car shows they deliberately removed codes from ECU while not fixing the issue then said nothing to me on purchase, when this issue 1st happened they simply said not our problem its now with warranty company, & it turns out their not worth a penny of anyone's money because all they do is look for reasons why they won't accept a claim even though this IS covered according to the paperwork. & guess who's left picking every bill now. I simply won't buy a car from them again & if u do, get the car checked independently whatever they tell u & whatever u do, don't waste your money on their extended warranty, because it will be wasted sadly. They seem like nice people there, turns out they're just like most dealers out there, can't believe a word they tell u,best to avoid them if u can.

Had been looking for a first car for my Son for months and came here on the basis of having read positive reviews. Well they weren’t wrong! Straightforward but friendly guys here who sold us a cracking car at a reasonable price and kept to their word with service/MOT/extended warranty. Car was spotless when we collected it and the valet they did was top notch. Had to call up last week re a piece of paperwork and they were still nothing but polite and helpful which further instilled confidence in our purchase. If you’re looking for a car then I wouldn’t hesitate to come here, we’ll be back in about two years for teenager no 2! Thanks guys.

Great service from all the guys there. Good customer service, clear and precise information and good communication. Had a new MOT and valet for my new car. Will definitely recommend to others. Thanks guys

Great Service. Would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Chepstow Trade Centre Ltd!

Brought a car from em had issues with the car from day one took over a month to get it all done and when I got my car back I had a old newspaper left in the the passenger door and the boot and parcel shelf was dirty where someone had been using my car and it was supposed to be valeted

Emailed about fiance and then emailed again would of been nice to get a email back even if it said your not eligible for it bit nothing bit rude really and no actually don't lie I have not been to see you and you have not told me you couldn't get it so don't lie about it iv been to your shop once about half a year ago to look around and you haven't text my phone last email I had from you was say about valeting which clearly was meant for someone else so like I say don't lie

Recently bought a car with Chepstow Trade Centre, saw they had good reviews and they didn’t disappoint. Rob was really helpful and everything was straightforward with a service and MOT included when purchasing the car, one happy customer!

As was agreed the MOT was carried out and all items needed to be done.. could not be more happy they went far beyond which could be expected ... Highly recommended

Rob was amazing from start to finish, going the extra mile to make sure I was confident in the car I was buying. Highly recommend!

Bought an Audi Q2 on Monday very happy with the car and very professional and friendly service, definitely recommend thank you!

Amazing show room of cars varying of prices to fit everyone’s budget, my parents came to view some cars on the Sunday and I joined my dad on the Monday. Rob was amazing and was so patient whilst I was taking my time to decide which car I liked and was even more amazing during the purchasing process. Such a friendly and helpful environment would 10000% recommend.

Relaxed and friendly atmosphere without any pressure sales. Happy to let you look around but staff are there in the background if you need anything. Once we'd made our decision the transaction was complete within a few days with a
new MOT and thorough service was included in the price. Friendly staff,
keen to advise and help. Website is clear, accurate and user-friendly with
plenty of information available.

So my husband reserved me a car and we drove over to Chepstow trade centre and was greeted by the most friendly bunch of lads.
There was no pressure in the sale from any of the team.
I was given time to look around the car take it for a drive.
I loved the new car and we did buy it.
I can honestly say I have never felt so comfortable in someone’s company and the boys from Chepstow trade centre.
Thank-you so so much

Sarah from Bristol.

Fantastic service from Rob. I called on thursday as i had reserved a car in the early hours and as my car had broken down, i was needing a quick transaction. Rob put the car through MOT and service the next day and sorted any issues that arose. I collected the car today (i could have collected friday but i needed to take my old car to the scrapyard). Rob was approachable and friendly, i was given space to check over the car prior to completion and Rob was very helpful. My son (4) loves his new car and we cant thank Rob enough for such an easy and stress free transaction

Me and my mate Adam came in to buy his first car and we was approached by Rob, he showed us excellent service and gave my vulnerable friend the best experience buying a new car!
