What an amazing experience buying from Chelmsford Car Company!👏. Elliot was so helpful as my buying was not the normal being from the Isle of Man. He arranged videos, photos and was not pushy in the slightest and wanted the best experience for us without any quibbles. I immediately felt comfortable and confident I was dealing with a reputable business who cared about their customers. He recommended a transport gentleman called Dave who was amazing. My ferry to England was postponed due to bad weather and he was part the way to meet me,not a problem to him, we arranged for the following day. He was there in the early hours of the morning to meet me with a smile, showed me around the vehicle and was happy to show me the various functions to drive it home on the ferry. The car was exactly as described and was presented to me in wonderful condition (sadly in the dark and rain😂) all waxed and polished, like new inside and out. Elliott & James were so friendly and efficient. No pressurised sales pitches, very relaxed. Allowed us time to test drive the car, ask any questions and then reach our decision. We’re very happy with our Mini Countryman (and comments from family/friends is that it looks just like a brand new car!) and we were VERY happy with the excellent service from what we now know to be a lovely, family run business! Recently purchased a Mini from here. Really smooth and fast process. Was able to have as long as I needed for a test drive, which I did not receive at an alternative Chelmsford garage.
