Excellent Customer Service
I had a flight originally scheduled for 11:55 PM, but the airline canceled and rescheduled it for 7:00 AM. I needed to be in Ottawa by 9:30 AM for an important appointment, so I called CheapTicketsDeal. Zoe, the representative I spoke with, was incredibly helpful and quickly assisted me with rescheduling without any refund issues.
Later, when I arrived at the airport, I was told I couldn’t check in due to a pending payment. I called back, and this time I spoke with Bella. Despite the flight being less than an hour away, she reassured me that she would do her best to get me on board and she did! She even helped me complete the check-in process. I’m so thankful to Bella because I had already lost hope of getting on that flight, but she made it possible. Bella you rock!
I truly appreciate the support and professionalism of both Zoe and Bella. They turned a stressful situation into a manageable one.
Thank you, CheapTicketsDeal!

Great customer service ( Zoe Carter)
This was my first time using this website, and I was initially unsure due to some negative comments I had read. However, the flight tickets offered here were significantly cheaper than those on the airline’s official site. Zoe Carter assisted me throughout the process and assured me I would receive excellent service and I did. I highly recommend this website.
