Worst ever customer service
Worst ever customer service. They don’t reply promptly and cause frustration to the customer. For most of the queries, they ask us to contact the airlines (I’m unsure why a customer need to follow up with airlines - then why an agency is there?) Never going to book tickets again . Could give zero rating if available.

UPDATE: Customer service has ultimately been responsive and the issue has been resolved, so I'm actually happy with the outcome.

I had a very disappointing experience with CheapTickets. During the booking process, an add-on was included that I did not intend to purchase. I noticed immediately because the final amount charged was higher than the advertised flight price and contacted customer service right away.
Their response was simply that the add-on is non-refundable. The experience left me with the impression that the company profits from unwanted add-ons rather than transparent pricing. It felt very scammy, and I would avoid booking through this site.
