It was good appointment, but the hair dye could have been on the gray hairs for a little longer as they look light blond. The hairstylist was very professional and friendly.

Fabulous salon!
Caitlyn is the absolute best stylist. I have been seeing her for almost 4 years. She is a genius with scissors and always gives me exactly what I want. The other staff in the salon are always very friendly and helpful.

No issues with the salon in general
No issues with the salon in general. Unfortunately the stylist didn’t really listen to my requests, and when I asked her to cut them shorter she just said “I already did”

Went in for a trim to remove bulk on a short hair cut and got over cut. Left me with a terrible short choppy hair cut all over.

Great except for water temperature
My stylist, Jennadee, is great and I have no complaints about her or anyone else at the salon!
There is an issue, however, with the major water temperature fluctuations at the sink. This causes numerous delays during the rinsing process in order for the stylist to keep adjusting and waiting for the water temperature to go back to the desired temperature. Just when the temperature is adequate, it suddenly changes again to very cold or too hot. I visit this salon every four weeks and have noticed this has been happening for at least six months. It would be great if this issue were resolved. Otherwise, I'm very happy. Thank you.

I’m always nervous trying out a new salon, but Caitlin was fantastic and I’ll be coming back when it’s time for my next cut/colour. She was mindful of budget and how much time things will take, excellent at explaining the process and what she was doing. Plus I’m actually using the products she recommended.
