Gorgeous photobook!

I have used chatbooks a couple of times now to create custom comic books with my art, and they have always turned out great. However, I do wish I could control the size and position of the image a bit more as they often print slightly larger than the page (even when I attempt to shrink them down) leading to information cut off along the edges.

I have used Chatbooks for years to compile yearly photo books of my kids. I am never disappointed.

Initially I had difficulty coming to terms with how to use the template properly. My questions were answered promptly and there was often someone at hand to help.
I am awaiting my first print with excitement.

I like the simple choices available. There’s no fuss or muss. You can organize photos quickly & easily! 👍
I just had trouble editing a few photos & couldn’t get the changes to stick. As well, the date change couldn’t be saved on some pages…..
Everything else is simple & straightforward.

I couldn't crop pictures from the website version of Chatbooks, so I reached out to customer support. The chat response rate was painfully slow, but eventually the advice I got was that the app would have the best options. So I downloaded and installed the app on my phone and found that most of the photos wouldn't even load, therefore not being croppable. I had struggled with the platform long enough that my deadline arrived so I went ahead and ordered. Not sure whether I'll like the final product.

I make an annual Chatbook for each of my grandchildren. I love how easy it is to load photos, design pages, and I especially love your sales, since each successive book seems to be bigger than the last. Thanks for your wonderful customer service, also; the one problem I did have a few years ago was solved and put to bed within hours.

We gave each of our daughters a years subscription to Chatbooks. They are busy young moms who take lots of photos but rarely print them. This way they can preserve those memorable moments as well as the day-to-day shenanigans of the grandchildren. They were thrilled with their gift!

I was really impressed with the quick response from the Chatbooks customer service team. I was having an issue and reached out after hours, but was contacted the next morning. The customer service agent was familiar with my account and had taken the time to see if I still needed assistance (the problem had resolved itself by then) and told me my book was going to print soon. It felt like a very personalized experience.

The photos come out really nice and sharp, just from my iPhone. A couple days ago, I sent a subscription to my niece with two kids under two and she has already finished one book. They really are easy.

When I went on live chat for assistance I received a notice that it was unavailable for a week. I had worked on my book for 3 weeks and was ready to send it off; however, using your instructions I could not successfully put a title on my book, so I sent it off without one. A week later, someone contracted me wanting to help, but it was too late.

It is so easy to make the books. Then books are made quickly and are on nice paper. I make one every time I visited my grandson in England.

I enjoy the choices to edit and upload. I make pictures of my kids every year and one for my husband or fathers day. The quality holds up with tiny fingers and they love reading their picture books over and over. I love chatbooks!

This is my second order. It was received much quicker than my first order. In fact, I was given a date past Father’s Day and it came eight days early. That was awesome

The text page option made it easy to include letters from friends to celebrate his birthday, he loved it thanks so much.

Me & my 7 year old daughter were so happy seeing the compiled photos and all came out so beautiful! My husband would be touched & overwhelmed with our surprise present to him this Father’s Day 2024! Best gift ever!
