I write to express my sincere appreciation to the Chartered Institute of Professionals for the successful completion of the Certified Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Manager Course, which was concluded on the 9th of April, 2026.

The course was highly educative, well-structured, and professionally delivered. It provided valuable knowledge and practical understanding of Environmental Impact Assessment processes, environmental management strategies, regulatory frameworks, and best practices required for effective environmental planning and sustainable development. The learning experience has greatly improved my competence and confidence in handling EIA-related responsibilities in both professional and field applications.

I would also like to commend the resource persons, Marina Mattera and Gina Wong, for their outstanding contributions throughout the course. They demonstrated excellent professionalism, deep subject knowledge, and remarkable dedication in ensuring all participants clearly understood the course content. The interactive approach, clarity in explanation, and willingness to provide guidance made the training very impactful.

I consider Marina Mattera and Gina Wong as excellent fellows in all their endeavours, and I truly appreciate their commitment and efforts in making the course a success.

The course facilitator Marina Mattera is very experienced and knowledgeable in sustainability. Ms. Gina Wong administered the sessions perfectly.

The Medical Device Regulations (MDR) course was very well structured and provided a lot of valuable information that we'll draw from in the coming months.

Even if the MDR is an overwhelmingly complex framework, Asha Jacob, the presenter, did a fantastic job in walking us through it and providing great guidelines.

I have learned a lot throughout the three days and I will definitely practice all the knowledge I have learned throughout my career.

The content was very well covered. The course tutor was extremely knowledgeable and made sometimes confusing language very easy to understand and gave real life examples to put things into to context. Now that PSIRF has been going for a while in the UK this was a great refresher for me in which I picked up new ideas and ways of improving. Embedding change is always the challenge and their were really interesting methodologies included.

Really well taught course, lots of useful information with very knowledgeable key speaker. Admin organisation for the course was excellent.

I rate the course on generative AI 4 - 4.5 out of 5. I enrolled in it in August 2025. I came back to it in order to prepare for the certification exam, but I have found something extremely surprising and/or shocking.

I have seen a review purportedly written by me in 2023. I did not write the review as I did not even know about the institute till 2025. I have seen my email and name as the reviewer’s and I am in shock. That negative comment about the institute saying it should never be trusted is not mine. Someone used my email to write it - this is terrible.

I kindly request the imposter’s negative comment be deleted.

It really help me to understand the complexity in tax specifically in APAC region.

The topics have been diligently covered. Teena is such a great speaker. She knows how to engage us and is very nice in going out of her way to help us further with the application of our learnings from the program.

The standout was that the trainer kept trying to apply the technical content back to our own industries to make it bespoke and tailored, and would separately prepare summaries/checklists for us to take back to our everyday jobs.

I have received in-depth knowledge about how to analyse data, enhance my hiring processes, present data to management using excel in a clear and meaningful manner. The networking and brainstorming is superb and I wish a community can be created for this batch to stay connected and discuss related issues

The Quality of Learning Material, the facilitator and the interaction.

We had great discussions; the training was interactive and relax. time management was great and training material is very rich.

I have refreshed some areas I learned long time ago and acquired new topics that can help me for my further career.

The online course was a very valuable refresher, combining clear structure with practical insights. Pierre, the Faculty Director, has excellent teaching skills and makes complex topics easy to grasp. I would highly recommend this certification to finance professionals looking to strengthen their financial controller expertise.

Diverse group of students, making exchange of experiences and points-of-view quite interesting. Clear guidance and presentations by the the Moderator, who also handled questions well and clearly knows the subject well, and when unclear she is honest about it. Established a productive atmosphere during "class". Contents was as advertised and gave some new insights that directly translate to issues during my normal consultancy work.

A thorough and insightful course on Net Zero and ES. Ideal for anyone aiming to become a strong and effective sustainability leader. The trainer was highly knowledgeable, drawing on deep practical experience, and was flexible in tailoring the content to the participants’ needs. They took the time to address the subjects and questions we most wanted answered, making the learning experience both relevant and engaging.
