Amazing shoes. I ordered the wrong size, but they were very helpful in finding the right one and communicating throughout the process.

Wrong size sent with the order. We contacted customer service, who made us pay for a new delivery to receive shoes in the correct size. Then we heard nothing more—we never received the shoes. It has now been 5 months.

I ordered shoes for my son on April 11th, and Toetots gave me an estimated delivery date of April 20th. I got the order confirmation but they never shipped. I wrote to them multiple times with no reply. It is now April 30th and order is still just in confirmed status — they haven’t even generated the shipping label yet.

The quality is so so so great, 10/10 quality. Shoes are so soft, design is so cute. My baby toddler couldn’t keep eyes off from it. Customer service is unparalleled, they addressed my concern very seriously.
I am ordering additional pairs from them.

Great customer service. I've ordered the wrong size for one of the sneaker pairs and been offered a replacement FOC. The shoes quality is excellent as well, very well made.

Very disappointing experience. I ordered two pairs of shoes and after waiting two weeks, one arrived in the wrong size and the other was damaged. They agreed to replace them but made me pay shipping again—twice. It’s now been over three weeks with no updates despite multiple emails. No shoes, lost money on shipping, and a complete waste of time.

After a mistake on Toetots end, they were able to make things right by connecting with me and correcting their mistake.

Purchased 5 pairs of shoes and some didn’t work out so I reached out for return. Turns out they don’t have a returns system in place. Instead they position as “you can keep the shoes” and pay additional shipping for each pair of shoes you want exchanged. You have to pay the shipping first, and then reach out to them on what styles you want. I followed their instructions and pre-paid shipping for 3 pairs of shoes then emailed them on the styles I wanted. After that, they stopped communicating with me. Email after email has been met with silence. I will have to contact my credit card company to reverse the charge. Don’t trust this company like I did.

Edit: I got the 3 pairs of shoes. Total lack of customer service. Slow to no replies and they don’t send out order confirmations, only confirmed that I had paid for shipping. I was freaking out until I received the shoes in the mail. The package came from China, go figure.

The shoes are great quality and well designed.

The shoes are great quality and look great but the customer service is really disappointing. They sent the wrong size for one of the shoes. I sent photos and asked to send them back for the right ones, initially they tried to help by telling me I can "purchase" a new shipping label at my own expense but the link they provided said the shipping label would be 3 times the original shipping cost.... For their mistake. They have since ignored my requests for help. I've tried multiple times to exchange or refund but either ignored or sent template emails that don't address the issue. Very disappointed as I would have purchased many more.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes for my son but unfortunately they were too small. Customer service was extremely helpful & very on top of replying!! It took less than 2 days to get a new order processed for his correct size. Will definitely be ordering more soon!!

Do not buy with this company. I was unhappy with my purchase and asked for a return immediately after receiving my order. Per their return policy, I am able to return my order within 30 days of receiving. When I contacted support trying to receive my refund, they have been giving me the run around for the last few days. First, offering to exchange the shoe for different size/style, then saying returns are not “good for the planet” then to say my order is final sale because I ordered during their sale promo. I will not be ordering from them again and will be taking this to social media to make everyone aware of this fraud company.

Took 2 weeks for my order to ship despite items being in stock and their claim to ship within 1-3 days. Customer service was rude, gave no explanation or offered anything like a discount code or small refund. I asked about returning the items since they wouldn’t arrive when we needed them and they ignored my email. Their return policy says that they need to receive the return within 30 days of your order date… it took about 30 days to receive my order. Seems pretty scammy to me and I won’t be ordering from them again and will tell all my friends with kids to steer clear.

Toetots customer service went above and beyond my expectations! their shoes are not only adorable but fit my baby’s chunky feet lol. definitely will be purchasing more as my child grows. thank you!

Amazing brand with a very responsive service! I highly recommend the shoes since its light, wide and stylish. My bay feels comfortable in it. We’ve ordered wrong size and responsive service team helped to rule out situation by offering to leave the big shoes and deliver us another pair of shoes completely free. Im happy☺️

My 2 year old loves the 3 pairs of shoes we got him from ToeTots. I love that they are on trend, too. I’ve found all 3 pairs are great quality and have withstood a lot of activity so far. I also love knowing that they protect his natural gait and feet. I just got a tiny pair of sandals for my 9 month old daughter that are SO soft, and can’t wait to try them.

Great quality shoes! I mistakenly ordered the wrong size of shoes for my son and the customer service was amazing! They responded to my email quickly and offered to send out replacements and even cover any customs charges as it was an international order. I really appreciated the effort they went to as it was my own mistake in the first place. Customer service like this is rare these days!

The company uses misleading images and intentionally leaves details out of the product. Products may be found on other websites at a fraction of the price stated on the website, triggering suspicion that they take mass produced items and sell them at a premium. It makes me wonder if the shoes are pediatric podiatrist endorsed as they claim. No integrity.
