I ordered the toilet fixing bolts. The ad clearly said Buy 1 get 1 free. After all you need 2 bolts for a toilet seat. Only 1 received. NO resoonse to my emails or my review left. DO NOT ORDER. SCAM SCAM SCAM

I would give no stars if I could. I made an order and the amount I saw when I confirmed the order was lower than what I was actually charged. I emailed Charnent straight away (4 days ago) saying I wish to cancel the order, no response and no refund! Give this company a very wide berth!

It a scam. I have been scammed from this company. Do not buy from them. Their tracking number does not work.

I think I have been scammed . There is no trace of my 2 items that I ordered . Is there anyway I can get the money back ? This is my 1st time to experience this .I feel cheated ! Please refund my money back !

The product arrived but is plastic rubbish and doesn't do what it is meant to (suck up mites and insects from mattresses). So far they have replied to my emails asking to return it but they never address the question i ask, they keep trying to fob me off, when i just want to return the product and get my money back. They're complete scammers. Avoid at all costs.

Do not buy from this company it's a scam tracking I got dated back to November 2022 said my pillows are in England. Obviously lies again do not buy from here

I buy 1 products trough klarna portal but now and pay later and they took me 40£ for 2 products right away , after a month I receive the same answer probably by a robot ... returned cancel, the shipping to expensive they said , avoid them , just scammers

Horror show. Nothing was delivered. Paypal protected them as they supplied proof of a delivery which was never made. Avoid.

Express delivery charged but weeks later; NOTHING. Only stupid email replies to my complaints.......probably generated by AI. DO NOT buy anything from Charnent. Should be NO STAR.

Untrustworthy company and very poor customer service. I received a poor quality cheap cover case instead of an aluminium magnesafe case which I paid for. Waste of money no reply to emails and no address for return or refund. Do not recommend.

I ordered on 13 April and have still not received the hinge repair kit. They refuse to refund as they say it's still in transit. It has been 2 weeks and I've had to order from elsewhere. The tracking is showing the same message as it was from the beginning, there is no update. This company is a complete rip-off, the person responding to my many emails hasn't got a clue about customer service or how to handle complaints, absolutely clueless. I already wrote a review on their website earlier and they removed it. Don't order from them they are just thieves.

Please don’t purchase anything off this company they are a scam. They just take your money and you get nothing.
