Absolute scam of a company. I ordered the highland cow and it’s awful, nothing like the pictures, not weighted and no heat pad. I’ve emailed you and you suggested I gift it as a present! Purchased the large highland cow as it had a heat pad which I thought would help me. It comes looking nothing like on the video. It even looks like its had a stroke(face twisted) No heat pad and I don't even think its the right size. Tried to email on there service email and it keeps taking you back to the catalogue. I don't think they like the idea of returns or complaints.

I ordered the Highland …
I ordered the Highland and after a month I'm still waiting, they keep telling me it's held up at customs, then they tell me it's out of stock. They keep telling me I'll receive a tracking number within 3-5 days, that's not happened. I've now asked for a delivery confirmation date and tracking number, or a refund.
