After years and years of yo yo dieting and struggling with food choices, I have found my groove and am on my way to my target weight! Thanks to Jade, I now have positive food habits, and I am building the strong athletic physique which I have been targeting for years! Not only that I am confident I will be able to maintain it. Jade has not only provided direction with food, training and creating good habits, she has been patient with me throughout the process to help me conquer the yo yo merry go round! And although Jade has provided the tools for me to go it alone, I continue to train with her as I simply enjoy it so much, along with the fun, positive and friendly atmosphere created by the CJ Fitness Team and other members.

Jade was a great coach- very knowledgeable and consistent! Her response rate was quick and I appreciated her tips and encouragement.

One thing I didn’t love is that I felt like the program wasn’t designed to accommodate my lifestyle. I travel a lot- for work and pleasure, I also enjoy drinking wine. I understand that consistency is key if you want a six pack, but I also think it’s important to be realistic. There’s no way I will be able to drastically change my lifestyle and I didn’t feel like I received enough of adjusting to accommodate it.

Having said that, I did learn some helpful info, especially when it comes to macro counting. In the end, I wouldn’t spend this amount of money again for what I received.

Totally recommend Jade as a coach💖 ive had chronic disease for 8 years and thought i could never do it, i lost about 7 kgs in 4mths, she was very encouraging and supportive when I needed it and was there every step of the way when i had doubts and questions, and she showed me l so could do it!! Very happy 😊

Great coaching, great workout and I'm very happy with my results!

Here is what happened:
I have fully settled my bill for the coaching with a first payment in Sep 2022 and LAST payment in early October 2022.

MID October 2022: CJ coaching charge my credit card without my approval, i was extremely surprised that they were able to do so, i escalted and they refunuded (watch it is not over !).

April 2023: they charge me again ! so i escalate again and get the refund (please stay till the end !).

May 2023: they cancel the refund of October 2022, and claimed that it is my bank that returned the payment and that CJ COACHING WILL NOT REFUND ME ! (i shared with them the bank statmenet so their below comment is invalid !)>

I contacted my bank and my bank clearly confirmed that they will never do that and cannot do it anyway.
So i explained to CJ COACHING that regardless of who claimed back the refund, they are holding MY MONEY that doesn't belong to them and they have to send it back (ethically and legally speaking a company can't charge or accept money without service from a customer).

Now they are completely ignoring my emails, and i want to escalate it legally with them.
so please contact me if you know what is the registration code of their company and their tax number thanks !

I signed up with CJ Coaching back in February. My life was filled with bad habits that were already impacting my health and day to day: sleeping badly, eating badly. 100% a couch potato. The worse I felt, the less I’d do. It was a never ending cycle.
I joined with the hope to change all that and become a healthier happier human being. And of course, loose the extra weight I had gained.
I cannot be more happy with the process, the results, my coach Jade, and the entire CJ team. They really care! I have learned tons about nutrition, habit building, and the (once scary) gym. Every week I learn something new. And I’m happier and feel stronger than ever!
Jade has really helped me figure out a plan that fits my life and my work. She has guided me and given me peace of mind when things don’t go as planned.
I also love the app. Find it so useful to track my progress and have everything in one single place: meal plans, workout plans, cardio, etc. Kudos for the recent Rest timer feature on the workouts!
This is a really healthy program that is not just about a number in the scale. Is about you as a whole. About long term life changes.

This is a great program for people who take it serious and show the dedication. It is an easy laid out plan with great results. The coach answer my questions with thorough responses and is will to adapt within reason if I have any requests or find something not to my liking. In 4 months I have had great results with family and friends all commenting on the improvement. I dedicated myself to 3 days of training and very pleased with the results

I joined to the program with the objective to loose weight. I have been with the program for several months and lost 5 kg. I was trying to loose weight for years before the program, but nothing has worked. Jeremy, my coach, was instrumental in providing his support and guidance. He always encouraged me along the way. Even when I had setbacks in terms of my progress. Thanks Jeremy!

15JUN23 it’s been a month of this nightmare, at the beginning there was a delay answer and there’s none… CJ Program is a complete scam!!! You have better results for 10 dollars per month applications.

A complete scammer !!! They talk about Charlie was going to set a personalized program after we fulfilling a form. He just set the same breakfast I usually take from the forma and set a poultry and vegetables meal for my program so… seems like I have set my food plan without knowing.
When I was planning to buy the program I mentioned I travel and dinner out lots and you said he could take a look at the menu of the restaurant I was going to visit and then Charlie confirmed this was impossible due to the different time zone…
Regarding the exercise, I told him that it was no enough ‘cause and you say I have to look for an alternate cardio workout to have a whole week of exercise..

So, what do we win by paying you? You just stole the money, keep in i your pocket and forget about following up the service that in fact was set late…

I want my 100% refund, not only the 400USD dollars that you offer if I erase my comment from this page…

I’m not going to stop posting on trust pilot until I got my money back or, at least, avoid other people get SCAMED by you.

I have almost a month with the program, stick on it for 3 weeks and no weight loss… you are answering answering no more since a week ago and I payed for 3 months, I EANG MY MONEH BACK… I have no more time to keep giving you the chance…

Charlie will treat you like he has treated me to unleash yourself and arrive in a place of health you never thought you could be.

I signed up to Coaching to set new lifestyle habits to curb the dad bod, get better energy as a father and as an employee.
Jeremy helped me implement daily structures which has seen me quickly change declining fitness and health and I lost 5kg while still having social binge weekends.
I love the process CJ fitness takes you on, clearing you from the clutter/BS you learn online.
The app is perfect combination of workout tracking, tutorials, meal plans and tracking, progress reports and coaching messaging support - this is constantly evolving and is far better than most I have trialed.
I would recommend the program to anyone who is committed to following the program 💯

At first, I was skeptical when seeing the social media advertising for Charlie Johnson Fitness. But after reading more and coming across a former Minnesota client, Anders, I was definitely interested in learning more. So after the initial call, I signed up for a six-month plan.

You see, as an ex-pat living in the Netherlands, it was difficult for me to find a good English-speaking fitness coach in my area. I had looked at (and bought) other online programs/apps for strength training/weight loss, but they didn't really have the coaching/motivation involved. Although those other options were cheap-ish in price, they were expensive to my motivation/desires. They put me way behind. Then I decided at the end of 2022 that 2023 was going to be a year of transformation for me...not just physically, but emotionally as well. Especially when it comes to removing toxic people around me.

The coach assigned to me, Dan Simmons, has truly been great. But the coaching team goes beyond just Dan. You have access to other coaches in the twice-weekly Zoom meetings or via the client-only Facebook page. They are enthusiastic and truly want you to be able to succeed in your transformation.

Now don't get me wrong, you have to TRUST THE PROCESS, but you also have to COMMIT TO THE PROCESS. Losing weight, and gaining muscle... takes time, patience, energy, and effort. It is not just about strength training. It involves nutrition, proper sleep balance, and leading a healthy lifestyle.

So if you are looking for "quick fix" schemes, this program IS NOT for you. Yet, if you are looking for a holistic, transformation of your mind, body, and soul, then this program IS for you.

What about the results? Recently I had my three-month check-in of being in the program with Dan and the team. I am proud to say, I have lost 20cm (roughly 8 inches) and shed nearly 13kg (over 28 pounds). From 104.1kg to 91.7kg. Today I sit at 90.5kg. Now, I still have about 10 more kg I would like to lose over the next three months and with Dan and the CJ Team. I am confident WE will achieve the results.

And here is the best of it. I am in my early 50s and for the first time in over 30 years, I finally feel like myself again. I feel confident. I feel sexy. And have my mojo back. I could say I owe it all to Dan and the CJ Team, but TEAMWORK makes the DREAMWORK. We all have done this together.

A great program with all aspects included (training, nutrition, check ins etc). The team and the weekly learning/forums are great, and the program is as intense or relaxed as you need it to be. The coaches amend your program based on your requirements.

Charlie is absolutely great. He listen, works with you and adapts the plan to reach your goals but also to make your life easier. Been with him for 1 year + and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. My body goals are coming true and I’m learning how eat better and keep the gains I’ve made while still living my life.

I have been working with Charlie for a year now and have been getting great results. I had more body fat than I was aware of when I first signed up. I was skinny-fat. Now I am the leanest I've ever been with good muscle tone and visible six pack abs. I feel strong and confident. I have hit my original goal of being in great shape for my 50th birthday and am still seeing results. It takes serious commitment, but the program works. If you are willing to do what others are not, you will get results that others don't.

The company sent me a program that I felt was totally inappropriate for me, proposing nutrition and exercises I had clearly indicated “to be avoided” in my profile. So I asked for a refund in the first week of the program providing my feedback: I stated that it was clear this was not for me and not customized at all to my needs as it should. But the company argued their policy is to not provide any refund once delivered the initial program (as if the value was in receiving a list of exercise and not in the weekly coaching for 6 months that I paid in advance), and they referred to their terms and conditions. In such T&Cs they refer to an EU law (which does not apply as they are based in Abu Dhabi, ask to be paid in USD, and I am in Switzerland and the coach in the UK - so none of us is in the EU). They are also stating they provide a 100% money back guarantee only if someone follows strictly the program, which I did to the extent that I stayed in the program less than a week. Their behavior, both in the preparation of the program and in denying an absolutely legitimate refund, shows that they are not as good as they believe they are. Not returning money when you have not delivered any value - which is really in the weekly coaching and reviews for six months - shows they are acting unethically and they prefer to keep 1,900 USD than to do what is right. I would be ashamed to keep money of a customer and not deliver any value.

Be very careful before you give your money to this company! I signed up for a basic 12 month program, with email support, app based nutrition and training program. I paid $600usd upfront (stupidity on my side), they sent an email with a log on to the program that never worked as it needed an activation code that was never sent, but the were some lovely emails...... Thank you for your patience we've sent this to the support team, please contact them......

No activation code. No program. No service provided. I honestly thought that I had been scammed really well, so I reported it to the police as an online theft.

However, I am relieved to say, that after this, they did refund my money, so I'll update it from a 1 star to a 2 star. But everyone, beware.
