Poor service
The first experiences were actually very good, but the service declined dramatically. I have won 14 auctions for football jerseys. 11 jerseys I have at home. One was not shipped yet while paid for 10 days ago and two auctions recently closed. The shipping costs are described as "minimum €15", but in reality they charge €34,49. When I complained the first time about the high charges, the customer service manager mentioned that it is the price for maximum 4 jerseys that can be combined for auctions won in one week. However, there is a pattern in how they try to charge extra shipping costs. You receive an email that the jersey will be shipped in 1 week, or in 2-4 weeks. But mostly, after payment, the shirt is shipped immediately, so for any running auctions you will be charged €34,49 again. When this happened, I wrote to the customer service manager again and he mentioned that I needed to write when I was bidding on another item, so he could request combining the shipment. So when I did that, he mentioned that this was not needed, as "their system would recognize it automatically". Of course it didn't. I have written so many times to have wrong calculated shipping charges removed. So this time, won an auction again, while another auction was finishing in a few days. I decided to wait with payment, to avoid being charged €68,98 instead if €34,49 for shipping. Guess what. Suddenly, my account has been locked. Not even all jerseys I paid for have shipped. Ridiculous.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction, and we would like to clarify some points regarding your experience.
The shipping cost mentioned in each auction is the minimum rate applicable for that item, depending on the destination country. For example, if a lot is shipped from our Italian warehouse to an Italian address, the cost is €14.99. However, if it is shipped from Italy to Spain, the cost is €23.49, based on the best-negotiated rates we have with our courier partners.
Regarding shipping times, as stated in our Help Center, we commit to delivering lots within 2–4 weeks depending on the shipping and destination countries. In your case, all shipments were dispatched on the same day of payment, except for two instances where the delay was 5 and 7 days, respectively.
As for the one lot that has not yet been shipped, this was done at your request, as you wanted to combine the shipment with other items you planned to win in the following days. However, despite 7 days having passed since the auction ended, you have not yet completed the payment for those items. We have made an exception by keeping the lot on hold, even though, as per our Terms of Service (which you agreed to), payment should be made within 3 working days after the auction ends.
Lastly, regarding your account block, this was an automatic system action, as we strive to ensure the validity of bids. When a lot is won but remains unpaid, it does not only affect us—it primarily impacts the donors and, most importantly, the charities that rely on these funds for their projects. However, as a goodwill gesture, our Customer Care team promptly reactivated your account as an exception.
Given the multiple exceptions we have granted, we are unsure why you felt the need to leave this review. That said, we remain open to resolving any concerns you may have. Unfortunately, despite our numerous attempts to contact you via email, phone, and even WhatsApp this morning, we have not received a response from you in the past week.
We value our customers and always aim to provide the best service possible. If you would like to further discuss this matter, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Sito con vasta gamma di oggetti da collezione. Le aste sono ben organizzate e riportano tutte le info in maniera chiara e puntuale. Per chi ha la fortuna di aggiudicarsi un oggetto c'è anche la soddisfazione di contribuire con una quota in beneficenza. Il materiale è spedito rapidamente e con molta cura.

Pietra venduta nel 2019 per smeraldo del valore commerciale, a loro dire, che si aggirava tra i 3.500 $ e i 6.000. Fatto valutare solo di recente e lo "smeraldo" non ha alcun valore.
Diffidate da ciò che mettono in vendita.

MAGLIETTE DA CALCIO, CHE PASSIONE
Fin da bambino mio papà mi ha trasmesso la passione per il calcio, e come ogni bimbo ho sempre fatto la raccolta delle figurine. La cosa più affascinante x me son sempre state le magliette delle varie squadre.
Della mia squadra ne ho ovviamente tante, ho letto per caso di un articolo su Caldirola, giocatore del Monza, che per la sua associazione ha organizzato un'asta con le maglie dei giocatori per raccogliere fondi.
E da qui ho scoperto le aste delle magliette "usate", ci ho provato e son riuscito ad assicurarmene qualcuna anche a un prezzo contenuto.
Complimenti a charitystars che offre questa possibilità.
Unica "critica" che muovo, sarebbe consigliato veder subito quando ti costa la maglietta con le varie spese accessori, perchè x errore mio che ho inserito gestione ordine prioritaria e spese di spedizione ho pagato quasi di più per queste spese che per la maglietta stessa.
Ma ripeto, errore mio.

I had a positive experience with CharityStars. The item was exactly as described and shipped quickly. Well packed with care. The customer service was great in a professional and respectful way and excellent English. I am happy with the goods and service and will be participating in more auctions now and in the future.
