The charger pro team really came through. Start to finish the entire process is well streamlined and efficient. Employees were knowledgeable about different charger types and made a spot on recommendation for placing my charger. Have recommended to many friends and will continue to do so.

As a retired Army Colonel and Family Physician, I give great weight to any of my reviews. Josh and Joe won me over with her enthusiasm for electric vehicles and installing chargers. They promised to keep posted price was very important to me as I have had various companies come to our home and jack up the price with various add-ons instead of being upfront with the overall price. They kept that pricing promise. I purchased a Tesla Model Y Long Range in December 2025 and wanted to have my level two charger installed for convenience. When the guys came out to my house, I had some idea of where I wanted the charger located however, the guys figured out that I would be much happier with the installer located toward the rear of the car and the garage door.Their installer, Alex, now their chief charger installer was equally enthusiastic about their company, electric vehicles and home charging. It was obvious that Alex was a very experienced Electrician by how efficiently he worked and quickly solving any obstacles that presented itself. even though the run was longer to go to the garage door there was no additional charge. Instead of using PVC pipe for the run, they use steel pipe which is more durable than ABS plastic pipe. The installation occurred on my birthday and the guys brought this awesome birthday cupcake for me. Just another example of how ChargerPro rises above expectations. I have been using the charger for the past 3 1/2 months with no issues. It is so wonderful to have a charged vehicle in the morning. There’s also some rebates available depending on the county/ZIP Code that you live in. Josh at ChargerPro walk me through the process of applying for the rebate with Xcel. Alex came out for the final inspection for our county a few weeks ago and the inspection passed with flying colors. The inspector was also complementary about the installation. I could not be more pleased with the results of my level two charger installation! I enthusiastically give a full throated endorsement of ChargerPro. The experience could not have been any better.

This was my first experience in the EV world and the folks at ChargerPro were a HUGE help. They broke down the options and the process for installation with great clarity. Installation went with no issues with explanations of the work being done and why. A great personal experience that I highly recommend!

Josh and his team delivered great customer service in a timely and efficient manner. Cost was very reasonable and I would highly recommend their services.
