I ordered a Yamaha P515 digital piano with accessories, which arrived very promptly. Unfortunately, the piano itself had a broken key (not Chamberlain's fault, this was a new, unopened unit from Yamaha). Chamberlain offered top notch service to get the unit back to them for an immediate, no-quibble replacement, which I'm delighted with. Particular thanks to Jon at Chamberlain for all his help. I can absolutely recommend this company.

I have used Chamberlain Music for buying and servicing my daughter's flute and when buying sheet music books as she worked through her grades and enjoyed browsing there and shopping locally. When my husband was looking for an electric violin recently, during lockdown, I was thrilled to find their online service could supply one. The service was very quick and efficient, the price comparable to other online offers, and communications from the store excellent. I opted to collect from the store and couldn't be happier with the whole process.

A delight to buy from, from start to finish. I didn't know what I wanted to buy and was able to phone them up and get good advice about which product would best suit my needs. I ordered later that day, and was confused by the shipping process, so phoned them again and they were able to clearly and accurately explain what state my order was in and when it would be shipped (via TNT). Sure enough, it was shipped on-time and arrived quickly and in perfect condition, and I couldn't be happier 🙂 what a wonderful company.

Nothing but good things to say about the service I received from Dom at Chamberlain music. I needed a small but robust upright piano that I could see over for leading group workshops and music sessions from. I thought I’d picked one out but Dom steered me towards one which suited my quite specific requirements even better, and did me a great deal.
I can’t believe the price included delivery from Surrey to Lancashire, and a complimentary tune once the piano has settled.
Our new 1981 Yamaha piano arrived at our premises - More Music in Morecambe - intact and looking like brand new. It will bring many hours of joy to many people for years to come.
