The name challenges abroad isnt a joke it is a challenge and its abroad but other than a challenge its an experience of a lifetime and one that has created many fond memories that I will remember for years to come

This experience was the experience of a lifetime. Before going, i was nervous and unsure of what i was waking into, but as soon as we started the programme the staff and everyone involved were nothing but welcoming, including the locals in the community. This programme was also a fantastic opportunity to form friendships with people i didn’t know, including those from college who also went on the trip. Overall, i absolutely loved this experience and really hope to do it again in the future.

A culturally enriching experience which took me out of my comfort zone and made me feel like I was making a difference, would recommend 👍🇳🇵

the staff and the whole experience was amazing

My experience was great mainly because I didn't know anyone going on the trip and I was able to make new friends and come out of my comfort zone. The staff that took care of us and the accommodation was great, the staff were so caring and lovely towards us and taught us their cultural dance, they hung out with us like we were family which really I can say for all the participants we adored it.

Great experience. Súper recomendable. I enjoyed every part of it. Thanks for the opportunity.

My experience on the Global Citizen Programme in Tanzania was truly life-changing. Working with the kids at Usa River Primary School was an incredible opportunity to make a difference in their lives and to learn from them as well.This immersive experience allowed me to gain a deeper understanding of Tanzanian culture and to form lasting connections with people from around the world. I am grateful for the opportunity to participate in this programme and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a meaningful and transformative travel experience. I am grateful for the opportunity to have been a part of these children's lives and I am humbled by the ways in which they have also impacted my own life.

Challenges Abroad facilitated a fantastic 2 week college trip to Cambodia that I was fortunate enough to be included in. They did an excellent job of organising our trip and of helping us to prepare. They provided us with lots of pre-travel information, support and contacts (and some very fetching yellow t-shirts)

I really enjoyed my experience! Everything was so organised and so enjoyable ! The in country team was so welcoming and always approachable and friendly!! This experience was once in a lifetime and would love to do it all over again !!

It almost goes without saying that this was the trip of a lifetime for all of our students (and staff) who took part. However the Challenges Abroad and FutureSense staff - both at home and abroad - were incredible throughout the whole experience. I would whole heartedly recommend using them in future. Thanks to all of you.

I had an amazing experience. The team was extremely welcoming and friendly and utterly ready to help with any and all issues. I felt safe and happy visiting places throughout the country under the watchful eye of our leaders. Everything felt well-planned and you could tell that our safety is their highest priority.

Amazing experience! once in a lifetime! to see how different people around the world live compared to myself. Very humbling and enjoyable would do again!

During this experience, it opened up my eyes to see the world. It made me realise to be greatful for everything. I loved this experience and would do it all again. The best memories to keep forever

don’t take anything for granted and take everything a day at a time there are many people without opportunities in which we take for granted

Wow where do I even start this experience was once in a life time and super rewarding being able to get given such an amazing opportunity like this volunteering in Thailand 🇹🇭 .Exploring new cultures , new language , new food, temples , delivering work shops in schools was super precious . This trip has been such an eye opener of how a third world country and the local people live and makes me really take everything for granted. All the things I have whereas those in the community who are less fortunate than our selfs seeing how happy ,friendly,content ,grateful they all are with so little. I loved being able to push my self out my comfort zone being able to step up to be a leader in my workshops that I was working alongside my peers with . As at the beginning I was quite shy and nervous but I came out of my shell and began relatively confident quite quickly after having the support from my amazing peers and mentors after we have delivered the workshops to the kids in the schools. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone as it was so valuable . When I went through an application process of wether we could get into this trip I came with the positive attitude of wanting to learn and meet new friendships on this trip and i knew that you wouldn’t be guaranteed that your friends would have gotten in to the chosen destination which was a real step up for my independence and self confidence being able to push my self out of my comfort zone to tackle personal aspirational goals and targets throughout this amazing journey .

i loved every minute of my trip. from the range of different temples that we visited to working in 2 different schools with my classmates. cambodia is a beautiful place and with challenges abroad there to support us it created a comfortable and homely feel to this experience. i would highly recommend.

Overall, I loved my experience on the trip to Cambodia!! It was such a rewarding experience for me, this definitely made me come out of my comfort zone but I improved on all of my skills massively!! I would recommend going on at least one of these amazing opportunities!! I can’t recommend them enough! I will be talking about this experience for the rest of my life

The trip to Thailand was well planned out and there was a good balance of doing the workshops in the school whilst also learning about Thai culture. For me the trip was amazing and I would 100% do it all over again . Knowing that I’ve made a difference to the children’s education is the most rewarding aspect of the programme.

Absolutely amazing experience which is once and a lifetime and changes opinions on the world around you. Flight times precarious but they were only booked 2 months in advance
