Very disappointing experience trying to order outdoor dining set!
Ordered an outdoor dining set, said when ordering it would be delivered in 2-3days, got email soon after saying it would be possibly 3-5 and maybe more as was in Dublin depot. Eventually 2 weeks later got email saying they had to cancel order as no full sets available in Dublin depot, so very disappointing experience!

Unprofessional behaviour
Received a text message that my order was out for delivery in the morning. After 3 hours, received a text that order was delivered. However, I never received my order and rang the store to inquire as to where this was supposedly delivered! I was informed that the drivers delivered the order at the wrong address and they never checked the full address (god knows how they made that mistake!). Got told that it will be delivered the next day. The following day, I called just to make sure that I will be getting my order and they tell the driver the right address. Over the phone, the store told me that my order was on the way and that they have never sent me a text that it was delivered yesterday or an email. I told them that I was on the phone to them yesterday and it was confirmed that it was out for delivery and got delivered at the wrong address. But this new person was insisting that I was told the wrong information and tried to gaslight me into believing that I didnt have an email nor a text confirming they messed up yesterday. No apologies or owning up to their mistake. Appalling and sickening behaviour!

I didn't receive 1 product and I…
I didn't receive 1 product and I ordered it online and paid, I asked for an exchange for a larger size with an additional fee, I heard "please leave it to me and I'll take care of it" and they failed. Finally, after contacting the sales representative, she told me that she had my customer number, she would explain the matter and call me back and they failed again, this was 1 week ago.

Excellent communication with the office…
Excellent communication with the office in Waterford. No messing and allowed me add to my order with ease.
Very friendly delivery lads who dropped a fair bit of building supplies as I wanted and without a mess. Even shut the gate after them which doesn't always happen.
Overall well done Chadwicks I will be back.

Pleasant service & good follow up
Chadwicks online had the product on their website unfortunately it was out of stock from their supplier with no clear idea of when it would be restocked - normally that would be really bad but a lovely man rang me up to explain the situation and where I was most likely to access a similar one. He was so pleasant & helpful. My payment was quickly refunded.

Very helpful staff and quick service
Shopping online and being able to see the full range of goods in your own time is great. When I went to collect in Roscommon, the staff were very helpful, my order was ready to go and it was a very positive experience over all.

Ordered Click and Collect. Messaged that my order was ready for collection. When at store items were not ready. While the counter staff were pleasant and put the order together relatively quickly, the click and collect aspect was pointless. Better to just go to the store and order at the counter.
