Disappointing quality
I was disappointed with the quality of the shoe. Thin leather, thin buckles and the sole is foam. The footbed is nog great either, these aren't shoes I can walk a whole day in. I expected more as the shoes were 100 euros.

Don't waste your money with this
I bought boots last winter, The Chelsea model, from Zalando. For information they were 200€. Very pretty shape, just my type. They're not the easiest to walk with, the platform makes it a bit uncomfortable.
Soon I started hurting after walking for a little while, right under my left heel. It took me some time to realize the lining inside was damaged by a screw head. This thing was unscrewed just enough to tear the fabric, and my foot as well. I went to see the shoemaker and he told me there was no use for a screw since the heels were glued, but they just threw it in there.
Also I saw little details showing the poor quality of the shoe, like the lining inside being badly cut on the edges, and how the leather gets scratched a bit too easily.
200€. These are the most expensive boots I have ever bought, but certainly not the best. Don't buy from Cesare Gaspari, there are plenty others worth the money. Oh and the brand will "answer" my message, but I'm pretty sure it will be the same paragraph they copy and paste for everyone who was disappointed with their purchase.

order of 22.12. everything seemed to be going well. until needing to return the item. First of all I had tried to cancel my order the next day because it was an error on my part but as customer service is non-existent, it was sent anyway (they are fast, I confirm that). When making the return on the site, response was fairly quick, with instructions and a link to print the return label and that's where the joke begins: there is no label in the link but just other instructions. So I send an email for an explanation and request for a real label but then nothing, no response to date and I have a coat waiting for 550 euros that I would like to be reimbursed. In conclusion it will be the first and last time at Cesare Gaspari.

Worst customer service ever - Never again!!
I ordered a winter jacket in December 2024 (Order #3290) and returned it following their return procedure, which I even had to pay for myself. The package was delivered to their warehouse weeks ago, but I’ve received no confirmation, no updates, and I still haven’t gotten my refund of nearly €400!
I’ve tried contacting them through every possible channel: email (no response), the phone number listed on their website (doesn’t work), Facebook (ignored), and even their chatbot (completely useless). There’s literally no way to get in touch with anyone.
It’s outrageous that a brand in this price range has such terrible customer service and an unacceptable return policy. This was my first and definitely my last time shopping here. If you value good service and your hard-earned money, avoid this company at all costs.
I just want my money back now. This is absolutely unacceptable!! 👎

Qualità scarpe molto scadente
Ho ordinato un paio di décolleté di questo brand su Zalando, pagate 85€ in sconto. Dopo un solo utilizzo si è rotto il tacco ad una scarpa, l’ho anche portata dal calzolaio ma è impossibile da aggiustare. Trovo assurdo che a quel prezzo la qualità sia così scadente. Ho anche scritto al servizio clienti ma non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta.

I want to return my order (2553), its been a week since I requested the return and nobody is responding. The status says- we are reviewing your request. What’s there to review for a week unless to delay return time? I could send it to the warehouse address directly though as the previous review says it may get lost somewhere cause nobody is responding on the other side. Is it a fraud that needs to be reported or just extremely poor customer service….

No he recibido reembolso
Devolvi el pedido a través de seur (pagandolo yo) el dia 7 de octubre, me consta que les llegó el dia 11 al almacén que indican en la etiqueta, pero el día 17 me dijeron que todavía no me podían devolver el dinero porque no les había llegado. Les volví a mandar un email el 27, no me contestaron, y hasta ahora , que sigo sin recibir el reembolso.
Actualización: 11 de enero, 3 meses después, y sin mi dinero, ni contestación ppr parte de la empresa. En noviembre me respondieron que no encontraban el paquete devuelto (tienen la prueba de que fue devuelto y entregado en el almacén), y desde entoces no he recibido ni el reembolso, ni noticias.

Scam
Some time ago I bought shoes for 125 euros from this brand. I got the shoes delivered to my home in the wrong color. I contacted customer service and they told me I could return the shoes and they would send the shoes in the correct color upon receipt. It took a very long time after that before I received the return label. When I reminded them about this, I did eventually get it sent to me via email. It did say a different address than the return address on their website, but since they sent this themselves, I trusted them. I shipped the shoes right back to them. UPS tried to deliver to them three times, but they said the company was never open to receive the package. Since then, the shoes have been stuck at UPS somewhere, I don't know where. I contacted Cesare Gaspari, but they barely answer my emails. I have already sent them several mails, but so far only got back one in which they say they have filed a complaint with UPS, nothing more. I have already contacted UPS myself and in my opinion they are not at fault. I think I will end up losing my money and not have any shoes....
Update (December 4): Even though they responded to this review, the problem is still not solved. I still don't have my money back and I even received an invoice from UPS for sending the package back to me. They still won't answer my e-mails.

Größe fällt anders aus, Rücksendung nach Polen teuer
Die Schuhe sehen gut aus, sind aber unfassbar unbequem und entsprechen nicht mal annähernd der angezeigten Größe. Hinzu kommt, dass man SELBST die Rücksendung nach POLEN bezahlen muss und das ist bei Stiefeln nicht gerade günstig. Und das bei dem Preis! Nie wieder!

Very stylish but bad quality
Very stylish but bad quality, the soles of the shoes broke completely down after 2month. I work in retail so I do walk a lot but it's nothing harsh or extensive, for the price I'm extremely disappointed and will not buy again from this brand.
Honestly It's complicated today to find good shoes, the price is definitely not trustworthy and do not show the quality of a product.
