I was pleased with the purchase. The dress is just perfect for my mum. Couldn’t get a size 20 so got a size 22 instead she’ll have to get in altered. She’ll wear it in August at my brother’s wedding. Will definitely make another purchase

Unfortunately I had to return the item…
Unfortunately I had to return the item due to not fitting. My daughter returned this in person at the font hill road store. Sadly the reception from the young lady that worked there was one of absolute rudeness. Her attitude was disgusting, and she spoke to my daughter as if she was something on the bottom of her shoe. My daughter had to get her to sign and date our printed order confirmation as proof that we returned the item , which she very reluctantly did. It’s a shame because the clothing is really lovely and I would have definitely shopped there again but after that return experience, we’ll go elsewhere. A lesson in customer service is definitely needed.

We apologize for the negative experience your daughter encountered at our shop. We can assure you that this is in no way a reflection of our customer service.
The majority of the online returns we handle, a customer usually sends the item back via post, hence, when your daughter came into the shop, the young lady was unsure of how to handle the online return in person.
She was trying to figure out the best way to handle the situation considering she hadn't dealt with this before and was in the shop by herself. This may be the reason why your interaction with her came across the way it did.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and can assure you that we will make sure we develop a more seamless online return-to-store experience.

Tracking details of my parcel were only availed to me after I had requested for them .The dress was a size 12 I had ordered a size 14 .It was on special so I can't return it. I'm stuck with it .

Sorry to hear that you were not happy with the dress. We apologies for not sending the tracking details sooner. Currently, we have to manually update the tracking details and if we're busy, we may not get a chance to send the tracking details until we're not as busy hence why sometimes we send the tracking number late.
Regarding the dress size, in our experience, that dress tends to fit very big, hence why we sent you a size 12. We apologise for not communicating this with you.
You can return the dress and we can swap the size for you.
