The material was not what I expected
The material was not what I expected. Also it is too large. I was told it was in uk sizes so I ordered a size 18 but it must have been in US sizes as it was massive so I now have to pay someone to take it all in and it was already costly. However I do rate the timing as it came quite quickly.

If you weren’t happy with the quality or the sizing of the dress, you were welcome to contact us directly, and we would have been happy to help. You could have returned the dress for a refund, or we could have arranged a smaller size for you.

The dress fitted very well
The dress fitted very well. i like it because it appealed to my taste. i was fortunate to get the last one in stock! The size was universal and there was no issue with the fit.
i must mention that their customer service is always excellent this is why i choose to buy from Cerrura.

For the back and forward of size exchange, they were very patient. They are quick to deliver your item with no hassle. If you have any issue with size, they sort it out without any hassle.

What impressed me most is that they remembered my size, it shows how much they value their customers. That kind of attention to detail makes all the difference. I had my refund on the returned items.
