what lets cef down is the 3rd party courier next day pre 10 service, some times the ordered kit doesnt come at all let alone a pre 10.

I paid for a pre 10am delivery, my materials actually arrived at 15:15.
After contacting CEF online 3 times and no one could help me with where or what time my parcel would be delivered. They advised that I had to wait for the delivery tracking to contact me. Which never happened. I called the tracking company and after 15 minutes I got an answer to which again I was lied to. I never purchased my items from the tracking company, why do CEF “helpline” expect me to chase their delivery company because they don’t know anything.
