I ordered a bird box on Oct 11th,paid for priority shipment(3-5days delivery) and AM STILL WAITING! (Oct 21st)
Money has been taken from my account, the so called tracking number doesn't exist according to Royal Mail, the contact phone number is NOT RECOGNISED and there's been NO RESPONSE to 2 emails I wrote on Monday 19th Oct.
There has been no update on my order.
I believe that I've been scammed and I advise others NOT to deal with this company.

I ordered a hedgehog house on 3 October and recieved conformation of the order and notification of dispatch on the 5 Oct along with a tracking number which will not work! I wish I had seen the reviews prior to ordering the item as like everybody else it seems I have been scammed!! I have emailed the " company " on two occasions and not recieved a responce. Avoid shopping with this company at all cost. I am now £92 pounds out of pocket and not sure I'll get it back!!!!

Like all the other reviewers, I fell for the lovely story of a woodworker forced to retire because of arthritis, and liked the idea of a solid wood, hand-carved birdhouse as a Christmas gift for my son. I was truly shocked to find, having received the £40 birdhouse today, that it is not even made of wood, let alone hand carved. Absolutely disgraceful misrepresentation! Please avoid this company.

Scam !!! More fool me I fell for the whole back story about Ted hand making artisan hedgehog houses. In reality they are mass produced and shipped from China. I have taken up a dispute with shopify who are the platform to sell this rubbish and get them removed.

I've just spent over £50 on 2 cat lamps for Christmas presents. Just realised that it's a scam. Really annoying that I got caught out , so easily done

BEWARE! The stories about their items being "hand made" in a location near to you are totally fabricated. They are mass produced overseas.
Their shipping is hopeless. I paid for "priority dispatch" and after 2 weeks still no idea if it has even left yet.
Terrible experience.

I ordered a Hand-Carved Wooden bird box and received at a cost of over £40 a miniature resin piece of useless tat. I've requested a full refund and will be taking this to trading standards as it's false marketing and description. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They don't even deserve a one *.

100% scam. Paid 39.99 gor a bird house. Told it was hand carved....it was plastic and very small and came from China.
Same one on Amazon £12.99.
Read a sob story about a man who carved them. And fell for it hook line and sinker. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

This is a scam. They have this exact bird bath at Walmart. Do not buy!

Ordered hand carved bird box for £38. Received a cheap plastic mass produced alternative. Clearly a scam. I have requested a full refund and don't expect to get it. Saw the advert on Google, should have known it was too good to be true ☹️

On 11 October 2026, I ordered a cat Moggie Glow Lamp from Cedar And Tin after reading that they're hand made by Gwen who's retiring and I haven't yet received it (I wonder if this is fake). I'm given a Royal Mail tracking number which still only shows as:

There has been no further update so I'm not sure if my item will be delivered to me. When I asked the company, I was told there's a high demand and that I have to wait longer for my item. Today/on 20 October I found the same cat lamp on Amazon so I ordered it and Amazon say I'll get it on 23 October. I told Cedar And Tin as I'm not sure they'll deliver that I've ordered same item from Amazon and I hope I'm not being cheeky saying that. If Cedar And Tin fail to deliver my item, I'll ask for a full refund and I've told them that.

A total scam by the company .. listed as a hand carved wooden bird box but delivered was a mass produced resin box not worth the money I paid...

Avoid the item & in fact the company at all costs

Steer clear of Cedar and Tin. Return policy suggests you have to send item to China. They use bona fide crafts people to sell fake replicars in plastic or resin. Do not buy from them unless you are happy with a cheap plastic replica.

BEWARE! This website looks so realistic. I read the reviews after placing order. No email confirmation received. Credit card company says to send email to request cancellation of order and ask for refund. If they dont respond, I have the credit card fraud number to ring. Supposed to be a local English company, with a retiring lady producing some beautiful lamps, but i now see an address in China. So deceptive.

As everyone else says it's a scam. I bought a cheap and nasty plastic bird box for £35 they claimed was hand carved in wood by an arthritic old craftsman at the end of his career. Don't do it.

Regrettably I've been scammed too. I should have checked here before ordering. Link was on YouTube and the product looked ideal. Stay well clear.

Total scammers avoid at all cost.
Made out to be an English company but it is Chinese scammers items never received they send you a tracking number that cannot be found

The bird box is just cheap plastic not the wood carved as the advertisement portrays. I've asked for my money back, awaiting an answer.

Do not order from them. Total scam. I ordered 3 bird boxes. Cheap plastic crap, just about fit for the bin...
