I placed an order for a single RSA SecureID hardware token on 19 December 2022. I have not received the product and when I call to inquire, I just get a standard response from the representative that they are waiting to hear back from RSA. I have yet to speak to the actual Sales person who took the order (Linda Mahon).

The management lack responsibility they just assume 2 weeks training you should be more than competent to do your job correctly, because they get a telling off from their managers and lack the awareness to actually help their employers who are struggling with the work being provided to them and grow as an individual inside the company they don't care about you only about the company the management say they care about their employers when all they care about is performance and KPI and if you not outgoing or have banter with them be sure to know you'll be the person they talk about behind your back.

If I could give minus stars, I would. If you like to bang your head against the wall while trying to work with CDW and their technology experts, you're in for a treat. It was the most nightmarish experience I have had in some time. They advised of headsets and adapters needed for my phones, but one was on backorder for six months. When the order could be fulfilled, they sent them only to find out they were not compatible with my phones. Then, I had to send them back and they issued a refund back to my card that also takes several days. Then, I have to keep an eye out on the bank account to see when the second credit posts before I can make an order. I hate CDW and you will too! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, TERRIBLE.

Ordered cartridges on March 30
Ordered cartridges on March 30, 2022. Had not received them, so I emailed customer service. No response. I have to this date emailed three times, and no response. I did call, but was given the run around. For being a legit company, the customer service is subpar. Seems to be a scam business. Do not do business with this company.

I have now been accused by the account manager of ordering the wrong part. This despite the software (Minitab) that I ordered still showing as "in stock" on their website as of this morning.
No response from the account manager and when calling CDW they just give you a chance to leave a voicemail for the account manager...

I ordered a software license with a 2 day digital download, delivery time. It's been 5 weeks now since I placed the order and CDW charged my credit card. I still have not received my software license.
When calling the customer service the delivery time keeps getting pushed out by 1 week. They blame the software vendor who, apparently, is not responsive. When asking if I can be put in CC to their email to the software vendor, they claim that is not possible but I just have to trust CDW that they are on it and are trying to get an answer.
They are the worst online vendor I have ever dealt with the they keep giving anyone the run-around. Don't ever deal with them.
I wish I had check Trustpilot before placing an order with them!
Fraud Charged my Credit Card
Careful. Six months after I bought some ink cartridges from CDW online and paid over the phone, they charged my credit card twice for purchases I never made. Large amounts - $8000 and $4000 one day apart. Visa said they tried larger amounts and kept decreasing until they got an authorization. I had to cancel the card and report the fraud. Pain in the ass and waste of my time. STAY AWAY! Don't give them your credit card.
Poor Service
The new company I'm working for task me with finding a computer. The IT person told be to look on CDW. I have been familiar with them in the past. I located the computer and purchased it. No issues there so I thought. Somehow my order was put on a verbal hold. I only found this out when I contacted them about my order. After many attempts to correct this situation, only one customer service person was any help. But unfortunately the people they put me in contact with did not handle the issue and take my order off hold. I spent partially the entire try to get answers. I left voicemail, email, and the last customer service person gave me the same information from before then just ending the session. RUDE!
Do not use CDW
Genuinely terrible experience, we have been using CDW for a little while and the only thing they are consistent with is how many errors they make. Finance team don't respond to queries, account manager is always unavailable, staff turn over so high you speak to a different person every time. Billing is consistently incorrect, they will send items you did not order, cancel items you did order without telling you. Refuse to sort out mess, send the wrong items to the wrong address, charge incorrectly. I don't think they get anything right and if it was up to me personally we would no longer use them for anything. Also do not allow you to return items you were sent that you didn't order and then chase you to pay for them. I don't believe any one can be this incompetent, which leads me to believe their sales team is working commission based and intentionally messing these orders to get the commission.

I had worked with CDW in the past without issue, however in changing jobs I started ordering from another vender (connection.com) Long story short we had a network issue and found that one of core network switches was starting to have problems. I couldn't get the replacement part from my usual vendor and I reached out to CDW.
HORIBLE IDEA.... At first they put me with a sales person named Tyler W. I asked him are you going to be my new rep. He said yes. He generated a quote and sent it over. I got the approval from my company for the order and told him I needed to move forward with it. Waited....... and waited..... and called..... left voice messages nothing. I said screw it I called the main sales line again and gave them my quote information. They put me with another sales person Jackson H. I needed to pay via net30. They said not a problem just complete your order online and we can take it from there. Your credit info is still good and on file. So I completed the online order, and put contact me for billing info. Did that and heard back nothing.
Then I called back a day later and another sales person was like oh you need to submit a purchase order. I said ok no problem I don't have a PO so I took the screen shot from the online order and sent that as hey this is my purchase order. I don't have a PO system. Waited again nothing. Called back and the lady Jillian was really nice, was very apologetic. and explained the credit department needed it on a form.
She sent me the form and had me email it back to her and CC everyone I had previously worked with. Again another day goes bye and I hear nothing. So this morning I sent an email to everyone I have worked with so far and said WHAT IS THE STATUS OF THIS ORDER???
The only person who bothered to answer again was not even my rep (Jillian). Tyler W. and Jackson H. did not bother to call me, check up on me or anything.
Again they said the credit department needs a confirmation that you do not have an official PO system. I WAS LIKE YES I DO NOT HAVE ONE!
I want to order this critical device. After replying I said screw it I called customer service and they gave me an equal run around. They put me with sales. I explained the situation, they said the order was resubmitted to the credit department. I said I need a confirmation of this order right away its critical. They said it had been elevated to management and that I would have to wait again for another reply that will probably not come. I started this whole thing more than 9 days ago and I am still waiting.
I ordered an industrial Cisco router…
I ordered an industrial $1100+ Cisco router last March, it never came, and they wouldn't respond to email. I called them numerous times, which was the only way I could reach anyone, and they promised it was on its way. Later, at the end of September, I found out they had arbitrarily cancelled the order in August, and they DIDN'T EVEN TELL ME!!! Apparently a special license had to be purchased in order to buy the router, and instead of telling me this so I could buy the license, they simply cancelled the order and said nothing.
I will never deal with CDW again. They're highly dis-organized, their system, even according to them, is an archaic, in-house-built system that has problems, and they're non-responsive.
I'm generally an extremely patient person, and don't wish people ill, but I hope they go out of business.

The site indicated that the laptop was in stock and would be delivered in about 3 days. Well, nine days later they send me a backorder notification. But here's the kicker: the site still showed the laptop as in-stock and delivery in 3 days. So I fire off an email; there's never an answer, but shortly afterward I got a shipment notification. If I hadn't fired off the email, I'd probably still be waiting. Poor execution!

That's the 2nd time we are buying Chromebook management licences from them. Even it's just a digital product, you need to wait forever for delivery. It was our bad to use them again. Off course no more business with them

The most frustrating people to work with.
I ordered a headset for work on 5/24. Total, with shipping, was $68.81. We saw two dings on the credit card but saw the headset was on backorder. The dings weren't just authorization, they were charges that eventually were backed out.
We get a notification 3 weeks later of another charge that was almost $15 more than the original $68.81. I called to see why, and they had to change the part number and updated the shipping which was now higher, they charged me the difference. I said they couldn't do that, I already expensed my company for the $68.81. They backed out the difference and charged me $1 less for shipping for my troubles. The charges backed out.
2 weeks after that (5 weeks since the original order) I get another charge on my credit card for yet another amount other than $68.81. I called and left a voicemail for Jaye Barlow - who did not return my call. I called customer service, only to be told the charges would back out and I would be charged $67.10.
I was never mad about the backorder, I was frustrated with finding 6 charges on my credit card (all for different amounts!) without any notification to me about where my order even was. Most people wait until the item ships before charging a credit card - not them. If you are on a tight credit card limit, all those charges could max you out plus you don't even receive your item.
Getting a hold of them was difficult, getting a response out of the person handling my order was impossible.
I am grateful my order will be here tomorrow so this nightmare will end.

Really suspicious
Really bloody fishy. For the past couple of days, an ad from THEIR site for an Intel xeon processor keeps coming up on the chrome app on my smartphone. It very much feels as though some adware to run their promotions is on it now because lord knows how this keeps happening.
Never delivered PC Case
Ordered a cpu case. Originally 2 to 5 days turned Into 35 days and they still had not even received the case from MA Labs to then ship to me. I cancelled my order. Gave a star for not having yet charged my credit card. Their website still shows processing the order 10 hours later. Stated I might still get shipped the item but if that happened it would be returnable. Time will tell if there is any funny business going on considering their poor rating on TP.
CDW - No customer service
We wish we never used CDW and won't ever use them again. We are an MSP company and purchased an Enterprise MFP HP printer for our client that showed the scanner feeder in the image while purchasing, but received a non MFP without the scanner. We contacted customer support to get a resolution, but didn't get anything but more ads from CDW. This company is clueless. We even sent an email to some "Director" when we received an email about "feedback" with our experience with CDW, but our inquires went nowhere. We have wasted more time with CDW and wouldn't be profitable using them for future business.
