Terrible experience. Sizing guide on website is very confusing - subsequently ordered wrong size. Emailed immediately asking to change the order. Eventually got a response after the order was shipped saying I should just return for an exchange. This opened a Pandora’s box of frustration and chaos. Their returns process is farcical. They send you a fedex label that fedex won’t touch. No phone number to contact them so you get trapped in a constant cycle of automated responses acknowledging each message you send - if you’re lucky you get a response but it’s always someone new who seems to have no comprehension of how their business works, let alone who you are and what your issue is. I eventually got a partial refund and now £30 out of pocket. Seriously think twice before ordering from these people.

I have tried to return it but their customers service is being silent, the return details they give won't go via fedex and now they are refusing to communicate.

Dishonest, avoid

Order has not been received. Chased multiple times for ten days with no response. Still have my money. No delivery or refund. Cannot get hold of anyone through email, WhatsApp or form on website. Scam?

This company makes great clothes.
I have bought underwear and T-shirts and they have all been well made and super comfortable. Make sure you wash as per instructions and you wont go wrong.

I placed an order for some underwear to a UK address -- my work address, which is not uncommon for me as I am never home to take delivery and work allows this as many employees are in the same boat as me.

CDLP made a mess of the customs declaration and DHL refused to complete delivery. Instead, they contacted _my employer_ requesting information on the duties for my underwear order. They didn't contact me using the email address used for the order (which was not a company address), or seemingly CDLP as the sender, but linked the delivery address to a company email address which they must have had on file.

Needless to say, I was very unimpressed by this. I requested that CDLP cancel the delivery and return the order to their warehouse for a full refund. That was two weeks ago, DHL's own tracking clearly indicates the the item has been returned to sender and delivered, but CDLP insist that they don't know where it is and won't process a refund until they can confirm.

Avoid if you ever want your items (or money).

My favorite brand! The feeling of wearing their lyocel underwear and t-shirts and bamboo socks is unmet! Wearing finer/more luxurious fibers than regular cotton also means attention to care instructions for longer durability.

Bought this underwear years ago for my boyfriend and he won't touch other brands ever since. I was very jealous of having a luxury underwear wardrobe, so I'm very excited that they finally launched women's as well!

Har alltid älskat CDLP men efter senaste beställningen märks det att de har gjort någon förändring med materialet då kvaliteten är avsevärt sämre och kalsongerna är tydligt slitna efter bara 3-4 tvättar.

Oerhört snygga och sköna kalsonger, men håller tyvärr bara 1-2 år, sen blir det oftast hål lite varstans.

Troligen skönaste underkläderna som finns! De hade lite kvalitetsproblem i början, men nu fått ordning på detta! Och kundtjänsten/supporten är inget annat än världsklass, så har du någon form av problem med CDLP kontakta kundtjänst så lovar jag att du blir nöjd!

Great products, comfortable, well designed, simple and made in portugal

Only reason i didn't give 5* is varying quality. I have bought a lot from CDLP, Ts, long johns, briefs, socks, jumpers and generally 90% is top notch, but 10% hasn't been. For e.g. bought over 50 pairs of briefs and they've lasted a long time, keep their shape and color but 4-5 pairs faded and fabric was damaged after first wash. CDLP have to be fair always been good in replacing those issues, but feel company now the size of CDLP needs to Iron out those niggles. Overall a great company selling nice non-branded, comfortable clothing.

These are the worst briefs I've ever owned. After 4 washes the color is gone, and so has the elastic. The legs keep riding up and the fabric is really bad. DO NOT trust the paid reviews on GQ and Esquire. These are truly not worth even 10 euros per brief
