The CBQ Food Program is Worth the Effort!
I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience with the CBQ Food Freedom Program. The 24 weeks of group meetings have provided me an understanding of the psychology behind my relationship with food, practical information about nutrition, useful tools to bring about change and the opportunity to share challenges and successes with the group. The teacher, Nasia Davos, has been extremely positive and encouraging throughout the course while helping the group make important changes during their food journey. The CBQ method teaches lessons that can change your life.
Life Changing Programs
I can’t say enough good things about the CBQ Method. I completed the Stop Smoking and the Food Freedom program back-to-back. After smoking for almost 50 years, I trusted the process, followed the guidance and fully committed. Next week I’ll be celebrating one full year smoke-free – not white knuckling it, not missing cigarettes, but as a happy, calm, confident nonsmoker.
What truly surprised me was how life-changing the Food Freedom program was. Without exercising, I lost 35 pounds, about 20% of my body weight, and I’m now off all medications with a normal A1C. My body feels better than it has in years — my knees, joints, and back have all improved dramatically. I have more energy and feel healthier overall than I ever expected.
The support made all the difference. Nasia Davos and her entire staff were consistently supportive, responsive, and genuinely available whenever I needed help. The weekly Zoom meetings were fantastic — encouraging, informative, and motivating — and helped keep me accountable and inspired.
These programs didn’t just help me quit smoking and make better food choices; they gave me my health and freedom back. I’m incredibly grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend either/both for anyone ready for real, lasting change.
I am 2Y 6M 15D still smoke free
I am 2Y 6M 15D still smoke free. I am and will be forever grateful for the program and for everything that this has brought to my life. I also stopped drinking alcohol and drinking caffein as a positive consequence of quit smoking. I also dropped 25lbs and I know today that I can achieve anything I set my mind to do, thanks to this program.
Freedom
Prior to sounding out and reviewing the CBQ program/process I have purposely waited 90 days from my quit date to satisfy my last noted experiment during the program >>(90 days as a non-smoker). As with all my previous experiments during the program I have completed it without fail. This is due to an open mind, trusting the program, its process and finally a leap of faith. I was introduced to the program in 2023 and half heartedly went through the motions of watching free video’s and listening to others success stories. For over two years I yoh-yohd back and forth continuing down each day from 20-19-18-17,etc…,cigs a day to 9-8-7, only to bounce back up to a pack a day at the first sign/trigger of any stressful thought or action. I continued in this frustrating vicious circle until Nov. 10 2025, when I purchased the program. My intention was to provide myself, with a structured, monitored, detailed, proven plan. For this would be my last time, to waist any more time, on an attempt to quit. I entered the process, with a blank mind, having no predetermined idea’s or concepts of how to quit. I followed the daily instruction without questioning “if this would work for me?’. I did my homework/assignments and approached every lesson, with anticipation, excitement and a lot of anxiety. Trust and faith in this program won’t make you automatically quit, but after 46+ years of smoking, I attest it will make it possible. I find myself using aspects of the program everyday for all aspects of life and will continue to do so on my journey. Thank you for your unwavering commitment Nasia Davos, and to your entire team for their relentless and continued support.
Great Method and Super Easy
I used this to give up smoking, (again), three years ago and have to say it was really easy. I think always having to fill in form when I wanted to smoke was a key, just easier not to smoke! It was a really well planned course and explained lots of worries that I may have had such as nicotine addiction which surprisingly leaves the body in a few days. This method made it so easy and I would have no qualms recommending it to anyone else. Nasia and her team are really supportive too.
February 14th 2026 was my 6 year…
February 14th 2026 was my 6 year anniversary of being a happy non-smoker. I was a smoker for almost 30 years. Nicotine replacement didn't work for me---tried more than 4 times over the years. I did relapse once during the CBQ method, but Nasia and her team were always available to help. Nasia still celebrates my yearly milestones with me and I am grateful for my freedom. I am no longer paying a corporation to slowly kill me. No more stinky ashtrays & clothes, plus extra money in your bank account.

I'm someone who LOVED smoking! A social/and sometimes more smoker for 45 years. There came a time though when I just wanted to release the control that smoking has had over my entire adult life. I came across the CBQ method online & although I was sceptical at first, I watched the video and webinar. Nasia and the CBQ method really made sense to me & I felt the program would give me the support I needed to give up smoking. It's not something you can skim over though. The program makes you deep dive into why you smoke and what you think it gives you. Before this, I really never thought too much about why I smoked and what it was doing to my health. I always had a glass of wine in one hand & a ciggie in the other and I really enjoyed it. I couldn't imagine that I could enjoy social situations and having fun without ciggies. But I can and I have! It's only 7 months now since quitting but I know I will never go back. The CBQ program is expensive but it's worth it. I would have spent the same amount on cigarettes in 6 months and I'm super proud to say I'm a non-smoker. If you really commit to the program and really uncover your reasons for smoking and the insidious control nicotine has over your life, you will succeed too. I no longer need to know if I have enough cigarettes and if there is somewhere I can go to smoke. I don't plan holidays or trips with the thought I need to find somewhere I can smoke. AND the money I continue to save is the icing on the cake. Never looking back.
Being a non-smoker is my birthright
The CBQ program helped me quit smoking after 40+ years of being a smoker. At 6 months free of nicotine, I feel like I have always been a non-smoker. Today I claim my birthright as a non-smoker.
For those who are ready to quit smoking, the CBQ program works. The support provided after the 10-day process is invaluable. There is a 30-day aftercare support through videos going over important concepts and applications of the program; and also a once or bi-weekly live 1-hr. live zoom session with Nasia Davos for all CBQ members.

The easiest difficult thing you'll ever do.
I'm coming up on my first anniversary. I smoked for 50 years, attempted quitting many times, all without success. The last attempt, before becoming a member, was doing the CBQ method on my own. Though that attempt more successful than my previous attempts, I still did not succeed. I made up my mind to join the program. At first I thought, "I got this information free online," but then we went through the exercises. We learned how to do and apply the methodology. The program simplified the process, and gave me an understanding that made all the difference. Now the impossible was was not only possible - it was doable.
My top tip is don't worry, don't stress, don't try to be perfect, just follow the program, do all the homework and then have faith in yourself. If you don't have fait in yourself then trust the program and the support program and just let go.
This is the best investment I've ever made. Quitting smoking is easy when you have a great teacher, excellent explanations and great support. Thank you to Nasia and the CBQ Team!"

I smoked for 40+ years
I smoked for 40+ years. I always thought I had an “addictive personality “ and didn’t believe I would ever be able to stop smoking.
I came across the CBQ program on facebook one day. I signed up for the free seminar. I was amazed at the very high success of the program. I signed up even though in the back of my mind I thought I would be one of the small percentage of people that would not be successful in quitting.
I took a leap of faith and followed every step of the program. (After 2 half hearted attempts) Even on the final day when I smoked my last cigarette I had doubts that I could be happy as a non smoker.
I was absolutely amazed that from the very first day onwards I found it so much easier than I thought it ever could be to not smoke.
I have never craved a cigarette and I never envied others who were still smoking. I can be around smokers and it does not bother me at all.
It has been 3 years now since I had my last cigarette.
My only regret is that I didn’t come across this program earlier.
The support that you receive from the CBQ community is fantastic.
Yes it is expensive….but it is worth every cent.

I was a smoker for 50+ years
I was a smoker for 50+ years. NEVER thought I could quit. I am FREE for the past 2 years. I read a post recently that it was has hard as I allowed it to be. That is absolutely the truth. I went through the program 2.5 times. The fact that it is available to you for life is HUGE. I checked in over the last couple years a couple times with the monster was talking to me. The support team is amazing. I reached out to them several times through the process. They were prompt and supportive. This is a miracle program in my opinion. Every cent was well spent. Also, I shared this with my daughter who is also over two years smoke free. Well worth every penny.
CBQ Method definitely does it right
The CBQ Method definitely does something right, as I had smoked for 51 years and tried many times to quit using some very well-known methods. Doing the CBQ program felt like intensive rehab, which I guess it was - a lot of work with proven results. I never doubted that it would work, and that's how I went into it - believing that it would work for me if I followed along each day and completed all tasks (as much as I sometimes really didn't want to). The program was easy to follow and is designed to get you to your goal of being a happy non-smoker. Do the work - the freedom is worth it - YES, YOU CAN!! I quit on 11/28/2023

"Hi, I am 4 1/2 months nicotine free thanks only to this programme. Nasia is an absolute genius and a God send! I was a smoker for many years then stopped smoking cigarettes by using nicorette quickmist and was then addicted to that for years. I don’t know if you have this in the USA,I’m in the UK and it is a minty or berry flavoured nicotine spray, 1 mg of nicotine in each spray and you have 2 at a time. And because you can have it anywhere, no restrictions unlike like with smoking and vaping, you just take it all the time, more and more. Without this program I would never have got off it, never. I want to say thank you so, so, so much because I really don’t think I could ever have stopped using it without this program. During the first few days after quitting I had some mental cravings, but I managed to get rid of them with the mind power techniques taught by Nasia. I had some physical cravings which were very mild really, which I just could not believe! To anyone else doing the program I would say, trust Nasia when when she says that she has got everything covered in the programme, she has, trust her, don’t worry, enjoy the process, do every exercise and when you get to day 10 you’ll be ready. A new beginning with the CBQ Method
"I have been smoking cigarettes for 50 years and tried several other quit programs like Smoke Stoppers and Craving to quit but I always succumbed to have that one cig, even knowing one will hurt, then I was back to full smoking like I had been doing. Since doing the CBQ method, I realized I never changed any of my beliefs about smoking and my craving mind won out over and over. The smoking notebook really brought these things to my awareness, especially highlighting what the craving thoughts were and my emotions that followed. The notebook was even a bit of an aversion to smoking having to record after every cig but it was invaluable seeing my smoking pattern and using that information to begin understanding the lies and false beliefs I have been telling myself all these years, even when I knew cigs were bad.
Getting these beliefs clearly stated and in my awareness truly helped me to begin to develop my empowering beliefs to replace my false beliefs. The strategies to interrupt cravings at the moment they occur and using those strategies to reply, replace or let pass really got me on track to believing I could change my thinking. beliefs and identity to become a happy non-smoker. There was also a shift to taking better care of myself and turn my love for smoking into some of the missing love for myself, my health and my family. It was my message to stop killing myself and make my health my priority that has kept me going while focusing on what I gain from not smoking and not the losses. My fears of quitting slowly lost power using the power mindset and staying focused on what I was gaining by quitting and I began to see that smoking is a big mind game. I now see that overcoming the mental addiction is the key to quitting and staying quit. The goodbye letter to cigs tells it all and I can keep referring to that to keep my motivation up.
I am letting go and will keep moving forward with the very helpful lessons I can review or all the coping strategies that are at my fingertips from the CBQ app. on my phone. Smoker for over 35 years
I was a smoker for over 35 years. But I was a true closet smoker - it didn't fit with how I saw myself or how I wanted people to perceive me. Don't get me wrong, my family was aware, but I played my habit down. However, over the past 5 years or so my smoking was getting out of hand - I was smoking a pack a day on bad days. I honestly knew I needed to quit, but only finally committed to it because I needed to have complicated cervical spine surgery. This was my first quit attempt and my family just rolled their eyes and scoffed. Well so far so good - almost 9 months smoke free. Not too difficult so far. Some days more so than others, but I am staying focused and am very thankful for the program. I was more than dubious at the start, but it works!
3 years that I haven’t smoked
It’s been 3 years now since I quit smoking and I feel so great about it. I’ve been trying to quit on and off for 15 years prior but it wasn’t until I started the CBQ method with Nasia Davis and realizing through her program it was my state of mind I had to change. I’m just so glad I found this program, it really helped me and I’m sure it will help you too.

I smoked for more than 40 years. I knew I needed to quit for many years but I just believed that quitting would be impossible. I had long suspected that smoking was more mental than physical but I really had nothing to base that on until I happened to come across a video on YouTube. It was Nasia talking about the CBQ Method and as I listened to her message I thought that her approach to quitting smoking made good sense, but as it turned out I had no idea just how affective her method would be.
I bought the program and began to follow along. I watched all the videos and did my best to put into practice the new concepts that I was learning. When my last day as a smoker arrived I was hopeful but still a little unsure about quitting. I went ahead with my quitting ritual and that proved to be very powerful. As I crushed out my last cigarette it felt like a new freedom had descended on me and that’s when the real payoff began. My health recovered more quickly than I ever thought it could. In short order my breathing improved along with my physical stamina. I feel better than I have in many years!
Quitting smoking with the CBQ Method was so much easier than I ever thought it could be. There were no withdrawals or anxieties. There was no fretting or discomfort. I had been transformed back into a non smoker and I was shocked at how easy it all was.
Today there is no desire to return to smoking. I am regularly around smokers and I’ve no desire to join them.
When you try the CBQ Method my advice is to be positive and hopeful about your future as a non smoker. Relax and keep your mind open to what you’re learning and it will happen. You’ll soon be a non smoker! This program truly works!
