I purchased the program in December…

I purchased the program in December 2024. I started and stopped the program a few times in early 2025 before finally committing to following the full 10 days in November 2025. My only regret is that I didn’t complete it sooner! It’s amazing how different it feels to no longer feel like a smoker. It’s the mindset that has changed everything! When I see people smoking now I think, “I’m so happy i don’t have to do that anymore”. 6 months ago I thought smoking was a lifeline…so happy I was able to untangle all those ideas that weren’t serving me. Thank you Nasia and team!!

Free for Over 5 Years

Free for Over 5 Years After 30+ Years of Nicotine Addiction

I do not write reviews lightly, but the CBQ Method gave me my life back, and for that reason, I cannot stay silent. If my words help even one person believe they can break free, then this review has done its job.

For over 20 years, I smoked. At one point, I managed to stop smoking for a few weeks, but unfortunately, I later turned to vaping because I did not know how to cope without nicotine. The addiction continued in a different form.

For me, it was never just about nicotine. It was connected to emotional pain, trauma, and trying to cope with feelings I did not know how to manage at the time. For years, I believed nicotine was calming me down, when in reality, it was keeping me trapped and anxious.

I vaped very heavily for over 10 years, even though it was clearly taking a serious toll on my health. I was not well, but I still honestly did not know how I would ever be free.

I still remember, as if it were yesterday, being in the programme and reading the encouraging words of people who had already succeeded. Some had been free for one week, some for two months, and some even longer.

They spoke about how wonderful it felt to finally be free. Many said they wished they had done it sooner, and that once they were no longer trapped by addiction, they could see it for what it really was.

I wanted so badly to be in their place — to be one of those people who had made it.

By the will of God, with my own willingness to take that step, Nasia’s invaluable help, the support of her team, and the amazing encouragement of the CBQ community, I became free even before finishing the programme.

It has now been over 5 beautiful years, and with my hand on my heart, I can say that taking that step with the CBQ Method was the most important decision of my life. I truly believe it saved my life.

To anyone who is afraid, please remember this: addiction makes freedom look impossible from where you are standing. But once you take that step, the fear starts losing its power, and life begins to open in ways you cannot yet imagine.

There is life on the other side, and it is waiting for you. Yes — For You.

Exceeded expectations

The experience was nothing short of exceeding my expectations. I just passed my 7 year anniversary of no smoking June 4th. I tend to be somewhat jaded and skeptical--if not suspicious--about impressive claims made by those selling something. Part of me wants to write a book about my experience with CBQ and Davos, but I won't.
I smoked for years; was emotionally attached in a serious way. I came across the program when surfing the net one night and had major doubts but sat in on their webinar. They said if you did the work in the program and could show you did the work, if it didn't work, they would refund your money.
I didn't have a lot of extra money lying around. . but then part of that was due to smoking. LOL. I did the program and it helped me to see the bullshit my mind made me believe for so many years. It wasn't a sacrifice; it wasn't painful. It was liberation,as hokey as it might sound.
It's been seven years and I am so grateful on so many levels. The program does work. I'd go so far to tell you that it's ok to get your hopes up about this--if you're more interested it letting go instead of holding on to the need to smoke. It's a worthy investment and they are quite an attentive group of people that shepherd you though it all. They aren't in it just to make buck.

It’s been 3 years and I’m still smoke…

It’s been 3 years and I’m still smoke free. It’s such a freedom to not have that constant craving. I have to thank the CBQ Method team for so much encouragement. Changing your mind set way of thinking is something that can help with any addictions it’s brilliant and it works. When I see someone that I have not seen for awhile and they say that I look great what changed I say I quit smoking. I encourage anyone who’s thinking about joining the CBQ method to do it, it changed my whole world. I smoked for over 50 years.

I shared 5yrs ago on CBQ profile ( I can breathe a lot better and doesn’t take me an hour to get to going due to coughing my head off. There is no void in my life anymore thanks to God and the CBQ program.I was a 35 year smoker I’ve been a non smoker for over 2 years now and I love it.You will not regret it! I’m praying for all the smokers that want to stop:) ) I’m happy to say thanks to God and the CBQ program I’m still a happy none smoker for a tad over 5 years now! Thanks Nasia!

The best quit smoking program

This program is great for anyone that has tried to quit smoking and nothing has worked. Well this program will because you have support and step by step instructions from day one. Nasia will be with you each day of the program. I have been A HAPPY NON-SMOKER for 4 YEARS as of May 13, 2026. So if you are serious about quitting smoking this is the right program for you. Just following the step by step, one day at a time program and this time next year you can say it with me. I AM A HAPPY NON-SMOKER.

The CBQ method is the most amazing quit…

The CBQ method is the most amazing quit smoking program.
I was a smoker for over 20years,I tried a number of times to quit. I tried cold turkey, hypnosis etc they did not work.
I couldn't believe how awesome Nasia's program was, if you follow the program you will stop and it's easy. I have been smoke free for 2 years and couldn't be happier. If your sitting on the fence get off it and do the program you will never look back.

Quit with CCQ! You won’t regret it!

I cannot thank CBQ and Nasia Davos enough for her ingenuity in developing such a robust and all around fantastic program!
I was a 45 year smoker who tried everything to quit over the years and succeeded with CBQ. Although I have gone through some very hard times, I have not strayed to even one puff.
Trust me, I thought about smoking many times, but this program has "reprogramed" my thinking to put those thoughts away and for that I am thankful.
I am a happy nonsmoker and feel stronger because of it.
Yesterday I celebrated 3 years smoke free!
I cannot recommend this method enough!

Non smoker

After smoking 50 years and trying every option to quit unsuccessfully found cbq. Now 3 years a non smoker. It doesn't cross my mind to smoke. Even when I am having life challenges. I doubled the time doing the program. That definitely helped to absorb all the information that was there. Couldn't have quit without this program. Highly recommend it. We'll worth it.

CBQ program works

CBQ program works. If I could stop smoking anyone can. Smoked for 40 years and went through the program 5 years ago. It feels great to not be tied to cigarettes not to mention the amount of money saved, $27,000.00 so far not to mention the health benefits. No more constant coughing. Take your time with the program, no need to be in a hurry.

I did it !! I just had my two year anniversary of…


I just had my two year anniversary of totally quitting nicotine. I smoked for 30 years and quit the cigarettes with the help of vaping. 10 long years later, I have finally quit the vaping. Nicotine is so addicting. I had doubts myself as I figured nothing would work. But I shelled out the money and got this program. I, of course, had my doubts, but I followed the program exactly how you’re supposed to. I did not change one thing. I did all the things was asked to do. You also had all kinds of help to try to get rid of cravings, many different ones. Well, let me tell you, once you go through all these different ways of getting rid of this craving, you will not have the craving. Put your mind on these rules as if your life depended on it, and, actually, it does. For example, one rule, is the five, six, seven breathing rule. I mean, I never thought it would work for me. But it did. I went very slow. I didn’t do it in amount of time it said. I repeated a couple of the classes cause I knew I really wasn’t quite ready to quit. By the time I did all that, I quit!!! I was in shock myself. It is definitely worth it. I’m sure it doesn’t work for everyone, but for the people that it does work for, thank you!!

PS Just got back from a weeklong vacation, flying out to the other side of the country and visiting two states. I was so grateful I didn’t have to go try to find a place to vape or smoke. That’s worth it so much and all you smokers know what I mean. Wishing you the best.

Quit Smoking With The CBQ Method. IT WORKS!

I have personally recommended the CBQ Method to every smoker I know or have met who mentions their desire to quit. For me, it was a Godsend because IT WORKS, and as of April 2, 2026, I am now TWO YEARS SMOKE FREE (and NEVER going back).

The mindset change is permanent and liberating. CBQ helps your brain acknowledge that SMOKING IS AN ADDICTION. You know you're addicted to nicotine, as a smoker, but don't think of yourself as an ADDICT, when that is exactly what you are.

CBQ also provides a permanent acknowledgement that THERE IS NOT ONE, SINGLE POSITIVE ASSOCIATION WITH SMOKING. Economically (finances), physically (health), physiologically (mental health), socially (it is a stinking, nasty and an extremely SELFISH habit).

I absolutely know, thanks to the CBQ Method, that because I was addicted to nicotine for over 20 years, that I can NEVER, EVER PICK UP A CIGARETTE AGAIN. And I won't. A couple of "social" puffs guarantee you'll fall right back into the addiction.

I'm free. I feel the best I've felt physically and mentally in a decade. The CBQ Community and Nasia will help you through this healing process. Highly, highly recommended.

I have been living my best life all Because of the CBQ Programs

I have been living my best life all because of the CBQ Quit Program, Food Freedom Program and Wellness Program. They have been absolutely life changing for me 🙌🙌🙌
Lately I have been very busy in my new life as an adventurer!💖 I have been training for the last 6 months and last week I completed The Camino Via Francigena 🙌🙌🙌 I walked 130KM over 5 Days with my best friend from Viterbo into Rome in Italy and I could not be prouder 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌 It was an absolute dream come true for me and I cannot put into words the joy and happiness this has given me💖💖💖
This month on 17th April I will celebrate my 2 Year 3 Month Anniversary as a proud and happy Non Smoker thanks to CBQ Team, Nasia Davos and everyone in the Facebook Communities who helped and supported me to make this possible 💖
Quitting absolutely changed my life! CBQ gave me the tools and skills to become the person I always wanted to be and live the life of my dreams 🙌🙌🙌
6 months after my Quit, I joined CBQ Food Freedom Program which was also a life changing experience 💖💖💖
I released 15Lbs on the program and more importantly developed a healthy relationship with food and overcame my sugar addiction 🙌🙌🙌
Today, I have released a further 14Lbs, have been weight training for over a year in the gym, go hiking and for 12KM walks at the weekends and truly feel life is pulsating through me 24-7😃😃😃🙌🙌🙌 I joined the CBQ Wellness program also, were we have a monthly Masterclass with Nasia, which I absolutely love and have learned so much! 💖 I have been given so many tools to work on all areas of my life! These classes have filled me with confidence and changed my mindset completely 🙌
I don’t see problems in my life anymore, just puzzles to solve and opportunities for improvement and this is an extremely joyful and happy way to live, I Love It! 🙌🙌🙌

This method is truly genius! I’ve used the CBT method for years with clients… and added with the dedication and knowledge and of Nasia and her team, it’s unbeatable. It works if you work it.

I Tried Everything… This Is What Finally Worked

I have tried everything to quit smoking—patches, vaping, hypnosis, gum, Wellbutrin prescribed by my doctor, quitting cold turkey, lozenges, detox—you name it. Nothing worked for me.

What I enjoyed most about the CBQ method is that it gives you a countdown to quitting. By the time your quit date arrives, you’re actually ready. And it’s true—I’ve had little to no urges or withdrawals. No anger, no agitation, no constant thoughts about smoking. I truly feel free. Even when I notice my thoughts starting to shift, I’m able to stop them and move on with my day. I’ve learned how to redirect my thinking, and that has been life-changing.

My biggest tip to other smokers is: DO NOT TRY “JUST ONE” CIGARETTE AFTER YOU QUIT. I made that mistake the first time I went through the program, and it led to a relapse. I couldn’t regain control, and I ended up right back where I started. That’s the biggest trick your mind will play on you—don’t fall for it. Like Nasia says, you’ll “wake up the real beast.”

I had to reset and start the program over. What contributed to my relapse was feeling lonely after about 30 days and not having new self-talk to support me. That part is crucial—you have to develop new thoughts that align with your new identity.

Now, throughout my day, I catch myself thinking things like, “Cigarettes are pointless,” “I never want that habit again,” and “I’m so happy to be free and in control.” These thoughts have replaced the old ones like, “Just a few puffs won’t hurt.” And now, I choose to listen to the new thoughts.

So, my advice to any ex-smoker is this: create new self-talk that goes completely against smoking—and stick to it. That’s what worked for me.

Today, I truly see smoking for what it is—a bad habit I’ve finally left behind.

For me It was a total and unbelievable transformation!

For me, this is the absolute best and totally worthwhile program. It is perfectly and professionally elaborated dealing with every aspect and every stage of my quit journey.
I felt no pressure or criticism but support and understanding. Even after a slip up or a relapse CBQ was always there with help, support and encouragement.
I realized I had to complete my journey and I could, provided I never stopped trying. There is no failure.
I am so very grateful for this program as it truly changed my life and made it so much better!

Fabulous Program!

For me, the flexibility to allow individual choices about change is the most positive aspect of the Food Freedom program. Of course, there is also tremendous support. This support is not just positive reinforcement--Nasia's extensive professional knowledge and interpersonal skills are singularly effective. Given every opportunity to succeed, including weekly Zoom meetings, personalized email, and a one-on-one meeting, that is what I have done! I would highly recommend this program to anyone who is ready to make a change.

I can’t say enough good things about the CBQ Food Freedom Program by Nasia Davos. This program was every bit as amazing as I hoped—and honestly, even more.

Yes, I lost 27 pounds, which feels incredible… but the real transformation was my relationship with food. For the first time, I don’t feel stuck in the cycle of restriction, guilt, and starting over. I actually feel calm and confident around food. That alone is life-changing.

The amount of information, guidance, and support in this program blew me away. I never felt judged or pressured—just supported, educated, and empowered to make choices that feel good for my body and my life. It wasn’t about “being perfect,” it was about learning how to trust myself again.

And one of the most meaningful parts? I’ve become an inspiration to my family and friends to eat real food, which feels just as powerful as the physical changes.

The word diet has become as something we do for a short amount of time that only works temporarily. This is real, lasting change, I genuinely can’t recommend this program enough. This experience didn’t just help me lose weight—it helped me gain freedom.
