Worst customer service ever,,never get orders on time even though I pay delivery charge,,,lost AND stolen orders that I had to chase..not next day delivery at all...never any stock, and most stock heavily over priced. Requested to speak to a consultant twice after "signing up"(haha) and still nothing(6mths ago).. but hey...its ur choice

7 or 8 misplaced prescription deliveries. Incredibly stressful, ironically.

It was a quick an easy experience getting myself registered and I had my medication in just over a week since I initially made contact. Despite how quick it was, the whole process felt very thorough and professional. I would definitely recommend them - not just for the service but also the prices are very reasonable.

The dr was good he had my medical records and went through my conditions with me was very professional and made me feel at ease

Access to a consultation was quick and easy. The consultant was clear in describing the benefits and possible side effects of the drug. Also the process of taking it was well explained.

I am a new patient with CB1 clinic, which is why I have only awarded them 4 stars. I haven't been with them long enough to render a full judgement of my treatment as yet.

I transferred over from another clinic as CB1's prices were much more affordable - I'm a pensioner with a fairly low income.
My previous clinic recommended Cannabis flower as a treatment CB1 recommended oil. Oil seems to suit me much better, I don't need any of the expensive paraphernalia associated with flower.

I take the oil in the evening as I need sleep more than pain relief, and so far I am very pleased with the results. I am sleeping MUCH better and, so far, haven't been woken by knee pain.

The doctor who interviewed me was very thorough and very professional.

Altogether, this first week of treatment has gone well, with only a slight lethargy in the mornings to moan about. I will try to combat this by dosing earlier. I am very pleased so far.

My order was very easy to make on their website, and despatch of goods was sent the same day as my consultation.

The best is it is a one-off consultation fee of £50, with no further costly consultation fees.

Left stranded without medication or aftercare.I was a patient for 4 months. The day after requesting a consultation, I was abruptly discharged and my account was deleted with zero warning or context. I was left with no medication, no medical advice on managing side effects, and no aftercare plan. While they claim that "patient wellbeing and safety are their main considerations," their actions show the exact opposite.As someone managing depression and an eating disorder, this sudden disruption has severely impacted my health—I haven't been able to eat for two days, and my anxiety is at an all-time high. I felt completely judged and abandoned. Fortunately, I have switched to Mamedica, where I am already being treated like a human being. Avoid this provider if you value consistent medical care.

I was very happy and grateful talking to the doctor regarding my health issues and the quick response given prescribing the advised medication, it was swiftly administered and promptly delivered

Paid £50 for a consultation with a clinician, a very amenable gentleman who talked a lot about the various medications available, unfortunately his accent was very strong and I had trouble understanding some of the things he was saying. Next day I received a prescription via email for a vape (£50) and 30ml of oil (£98)
No indication of how and when to use it and more importantly how long this would last, was this a week’s supply or a month?
I emailed the company with my concerns and queries but unfortunately did not receive a reply. I guess I will just have to write the £50 off to experience. Dry disappointed!

Pukka company with no hidden charges. Had previously had used 2 different clinics but they had lots of underlying costs .Cb1 are spot on and always deliver next day as ling as you order by 11am. Product is great
