I’ve purchased the Origin range in…

I’ve purchased the Origin range in Antique Brass, and my word, it amazing. The order arrived next day with DPD and Darby reached out to me once it had arrived to make sure everything was as expected, which I thought was a nice touch.

I’ve got a downstairs toilet to do next, so I’ll be back.

Bogus company avoid

This is a bogus company , with tens of inconsistencies across their guarantees & materials on their website. Not to mention their images are all entirely AI generated , which is prohibited if not stated clearly. I wouldn't risk 50p with this company.

Hi Lesley,

I’m Elliot, one of Cavari's founders, and I would like to answer this properly because it is not an accurate picture of us.

Cavari is a real UK company run by real people. Our team is pictured on our "Meet the Team" page; those photographs are not generated. We operate from our warehouse at 20 Lenton Lane, Nottingham, NG7 2NR, where every order is stocked, checked and dispatched.

Customers and trade partners are welcome to visit by appointment.

On imagery, currently much of our product photography is CGI rendering. A 3D artist builds each scene from our technical drawings, so the proportions, finishes and dimensions match the product that arrives. This is standard practice across bathroom and interiors brands, and we are happy to send real photographs or samples of any piece before you buy.

On guarantees and materials, if you’ve found something on our site that doesn’t line up, please tell us exactly where. Guarantee terms differ by component (a cistern tank is covered for longer than its internal fittings, for example), which can look inconsistent when products are compared side by side. If anything is genuinely wrong, we’ll correct it the same day.

Everything I could’ve asked for, and more.

Bought a shower set, basin tap and vanity unit from Cavari. The antique brass brassware is to die for, looks and feels proper quality. The Natural Oak vanity is beautifully made, and the Caldera stone is a brilliant white (other companies' stone looked a bit yellow to us). Alfie was brilliant, sent videos of the real products and got samples out to us. Very premium, exceeded expectations.
