I ordered 2 catering packs of cling film. When they arrived the boxes were broken. I tried to speak to the office the following day and left a messages. I also emailed. I got a message after 2 days saying I should return them. At whose cost? I tried to speak to them 3 times. No one called me back. I eventually I received a message saying they would replace them. I told them I didn't want to do that and to return my money. I didn't want replacements as I had found a similar item for half the price. Days later I received a message saying sorry we have sent them and to late to recall. I am returning them as I don't want them for reasons already stated. All emails came form someone called Sandra who took days to answer them. Had they replied immediately or much sooner this situation could have be dealt with much easier.I think their customer service is appalling. I have already contacted PayPal regarding this situation and it is being sorted out by them.

Long delivery time, delivered only half order as a full, bad communication, phones, emails no one answer. Would not recommend.

Arrived reasonably quickly with no problems.

I have waited 15 days 11 business days for my order of dog food. The tracking shows it's been with the courier 8 days. I have been emailing this company everyday. I'm not getting anywhere I at least expected them to chase the courier and to send me a replacement with another courier. I wont be using this company again..

Placed an order 2 week's ago still not arrived yet. We received an email after 9 days saying that the items were dispatched. It also said that the items were dispatched and if we don't receive them by 10 days after they were lost in the post !! They blamed royal mail 24 saying that the items were usually received within 2/5 days. I'm not expecting any delivery soon as I've ordered from Amazon, eBay before and never waited more than a week for these items. I'll be chasing a refund shortly

Ordered twice from this website and both times my item has taken weeks to be delivered , terrible service. Avoid !!

I was posted a meat product, which should have been refrigerated, by first class post, rendering the product un-useable.
In addition, the package arrived damaged!
Will be reporting the company to trading standards.

I paid approximately £5 per bag for 2 bags of cat litter. When I received them they had £1.79 printed onto the design graphic. Not the deal I thought it is.

Update. After communicating with the company they explained to me that the extra cost was to cover postage. Considering the weight involved I fully understand the need to charge what they did. No issues at all.

One parcel arrived damaged still awaiting the other one called customer service not helpful

Took a little while to arrive and one end of container of foil was dented , making for unrolling and removal of foil awkward as wouldn’t roll out freely subsequently losing 1/2” width of every pull of roll , and having to gently pick outer edge after to return to full width , hope that makes sense , so not getting full width of roll with every use

Easy ordering, prompt delivery and an excellent product all at a great price
