As stated elsewhere if you have a good few hours to spare and the patience of a saint then go ahead and order. Be aware that they trade under the name of Ocean Waves Mobiles Ltd and the directors can be contacted via the registered office address as listed on the Companies House website. Try calling here as you will certainly not get an answer if you use the listed telephone number for Catering Packs.
Update: Finally received all of my order, confirmed as processed and shipped on the 5th November by late afternoon on the 3rd December! After chasing lots of times, via email (very, very slow to respond) and phone (did not get answered once!) got the following reply on the 1st December: "have tried to arrange your replacement but it appears your order has been escalated to our customer services manager. If an order receives a report against it, it is escalated and I am unable to access it. She is away this week but will deal with the matter on her return. Alternatively if you can remove the report I can access the order"
I enquired as to how I could remove the report followed by this reply: "It seems there was a review on TrustPilot which is the source of the report.

How can I possibly leave a review when I have Not received my order?

I did not order this product.i ordered migraine relief tablets and instead got delivered 12 bottles of ice tea and got charged £23.03.. ......Not happy!

Very reasonable price fast delivery and everything was as it should have been when arrived well packaged

I never received my order and when I tried to email you the email was sent back

Couldn’t get these biscuits in the shops locally as they ran out and because of covid struggles to get them re stocked so I found them on your website and I was so happy and I will be ordering more very soon as they are nice

I have purchased from this company before and it was excellent. On this last occasion, however, a disaster! 12 packs ordered and only one sent. Was buying for a specific reason and feel let down. Email sent several days ago and zero response. Still awaiting balance of goods. Still awaiting a response to my email asking where the goods I purchased are.

Appalling service. Item arrived in 13 days, and was an incorrect substitute item I didn't even want. It took 2 weeks of emails to get a RMA number before I could return it, and then the item had to be returned at my own expense. Postage was not refunded, despite Consumer Law and Distant Selling Regs. I would never use this company again, Covid 19 or not. No excuse.

Order never arrived. Emailed and received no reply.

Sold products for around £3000 and never sent. Asked for refund and has been told to wait for around a week to get my money back. Only got my refund with Paypal involved.

If I could give a negative rating I would. A shambolic operation with the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Sandra hides behind a follow up system that has a contact phone number that asks you to send an e mail and an e mail response of 3-5 days. Her answers do not address the questions asked and have few details forcing you to repeat the question cycle multiple times. Everything is designed to buy time. It took 6 weeks to secure delivery. I only secured action when the credit card payment was placed in dispute. If you need something to fill your time and provide something for you to chew on over several weeks Catering packs are the company for you. Good luck you will need it.
