I ordered a GHD, reverse hyper combo machine as a pre order. Ordered and paid for 9th of November 2022. Due to be delivered Feb/March 2023. After I had to contact Catch for the 5/6 time to find out about my order I asked for a refund on the 8th of May 2023. I was informed that catch would refund me at their earliest convenience! It is now the 22 of may 2023 and I still have not received my refund! And when I email and message Catch fitness I get no response

The products are good quality and affordable

In December 2022 I placed an order to the value of $1000 with Catch Fitness. The website had made clear that I was pre-ordering equipment estimated to arrive in February 2023 - which I was completely comfortable with. Around Feb 2023 I attempted to get in contact with Catch Fitness to request an update on the ETA of the order, only to be advised that they had faced delays receiving the shipping container from China. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and continued to wait a few more months. The company’s phone support number has been down since February/March 2023. The live chat system on their website is, for the most part, unmonitored, and unresponsive. Around April 2023, I once again reached out to Catch Fitness requesting an update on my order only to once again be advised that there had been delays with the shipping container. Frustrated with the situation, I requested a full refund. While the company obliged to process the refund, their emails repeatedly stated that my requests had been escalated and marked as urgent. After a month of chasing up my request for a refund via email with Catch Fitness, I was fed up and reached out to PayPal for support. I provided transcripts of all email communications with Catch Fitness and thankfully via PayPal, was provided a full refund. I have never dealt with a company with such poor communication and such disregard for its customers. If you are reading this and are considering purchasing fitness equipment through this company, think twice and exercise extreme caution.

Product is well built and reasonably priced. My issue stems from receiving the wrong piece and the lack of communication since. Catch stated they would send out the correct piece which is good on their behalf but the significant delay is poor.

I was sent the completely wrong order twice.. cant get anyone on the phone as they dont have one.
I takes a day or two to get a response from customer service, unless you ask for a refund. Then it takes over a week, maybe longer, i dont know as i still havent had a response or refund.

The customer service of the Catch Fitness team is great 👍🏽 I wasn't able to go through with my pick up order during covid lockdowns after some time and moving, and CF were so understanding and we're so quick to organise delivery when I needed it. Also we're super helpful in sending missing parts too! Always efficient and super helpful, never a hassle in dealing with them. Love their workout gear as well 😀

I purchased a combined glute adductor/ abductor machine on 4th September 2022 for $2199. Over the following months I was given reasons/ excuses for the non-delivery of this item ranging from Covid lockdowns, heatwaves in China, extended New Year holiday period etc- only to be informed last month (more than 6 months after the item was paid for) that this piece of equipment would not be able to be delivered and a full refund would be organised "immediately"
Since that contact some three weeks ago I have not had any correspondence by phone or email, despite numerous attempts on my behalf, and have not received the refund that was promised.
Due to the lack of communication I have now put a claim into NSW Fair Trading to help facilitate the repayment of money owed to me.
UPDATE: Received the following email (19/4/23), about 4 weeks after the initial email stating that a refund would be organised "immediately"...
"We do apologise to hear your refund still has not been processed. I've elevated this as an urgent enquiry to be processed ASAP. "
Still no refund though.
UPDATE 2: Received an email on 17/5/23 to let me know that they had been contacted by Fair Trading NSW and that someone would be reviewing the file and a resolution would be provided within 24 hours. 2 weeks later and still no refund or response.
Terrible customer service.

All around great experience.

Part of my order was actually out of stock and they offered me a suitable replacement (all black bumpers rather than black bumpers with a small bit of coloured writing) and a gift certificate for the inconvenience. The gift certificate allowed me to order a few more pieces for my new home gym.

Order was ready for pick up quite quickly. And the pick up process was great as well. Was told it might be a 10 minute wait to locate the order, but less than two minutes later it was brought out. The two guys from the warehouse were really nice and helped get everything loaded into the Ute. Extremely helpful and friendly people.

Products are great. The rack was super easy to put together, was able to do it all by myself and my gym setup is now a much nicer place to hang out.

Would recommend Catch Fitness highly based on my experience.

A high-quality utility bench purchased at a reasonable price. Most suitable for shoulder presses (dumb-bell or barbell) and I expect the equipment to be long lasting.

The bumper plates I recently received were delivered later than anticipated and according to delivery date. On top of that, one of the plates was missing, which was extremely disappointing. The quality of the plates themselves seem to be good, but the inconvenience caused by the late delivery and missing plate outweighed any potential positives.

Not only was he knowledgeable about the equipment, but he was also incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist me with getting it securely placed in my car. Great products, high quality and great price. Couldn’t ask for better

As a powerlifter with decent numbers. I lift a pretty heavy weights. Wanted to have my own gym and I bought the IPF combo rack from catch fitness. Don’t get me wrong the rack is good but I wanted the black uprights for the rack like the one in the photo (Black IPF) but instead I got a silver one, I got couple of bolts, washers, nylon nuts missing and some of the packaging is a bit rough when it got to mine. The rack is really good as it is but overall didnt meet my expectation if I’m honest.
