The shipping sucks and the customer service is good at first, then... When it is their fault for shipping late, they want you to pay shipping back to Australia. They do not use normal shipping methods, so not easy to refuse shipment. STAY away!! I canceled items days before items were shipped, yet they sent anyway. Needed items before going away for a month, so I ordered about 3 weeks before I left. When I realized it would not make it to me, I contacted Punters (by Email... Calling is impossible!!!!) and they are slow getting back. So, after canceling before packed and shipped, they sent package knowing I wiuld not be there to receive. Punters will not send a return label, expecting customer to foot the shipping bill back to Australia. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM ABOUT USA WAREHOUSE SHIPPING...MINE CAME FROM CHINA!! Poor service to customers!

I got my range finder ages ago and it hasn’t missed a beat. Definitely helped my game. Then my son got one of the water filled club cleaners so I thought I would head back to Punters to get one myself. Now my young bloke is jealous because he has to squeeze his to get the water out but all I have to do is pump the brush and wham. Job done. Great product thanks team. I also got a second one and gave it to my mate. He’s stoked.

Liz from costumer service was great with updates with products and delivery times. I think the speed of delivery was poor but understandable as it is a small business that is growing fast

I used my rangefinder for 5 days beyond their warranty period before the display stopped working. I had only used it 54 times. Company refused to do anything to help me.

Great products, great service, no complaints whatsoever

Great company at hiding reviews or public comments of delays. Waited too long for a purchase of clubs and range finder over $1000. AI generated apology and not good enough. I want to speak to a real person and compensation for delay. It’s way too long to be waiting for what they promise is a good club.

Still waiting for my clubs I ordered apparently shipped on the 11th of this month still no show
Starting to think I’ve been ripped big time,

I ordered my rangefinder on the 24th of march and now on the 25th of may over three months later I still have not received my order. I have tried reaching out to them regarding this problem on instagram and they responded once ages ago, since then I have tried to make contact about the delivery or even if I could just get a refund and they have completely ignored me. I stopped receiving official communication from them over a month ago. Very unpleased with this experience especially considering I haven’t even received my product.

Golf balls are great! Very similar feel/performance to TP5/Chrome Tour/Pro V1 without the ridiculous cost. 5 star products. Processing is good, just slightly longer than some of the big online shops. Would buy again
