Absolutely terrible customer service you never answer my emails you were just honest about how long it would take for me to receive my product my shoes have been in a prepare for shipping mode for three weeks now. I really wanted to get this product and support a small company like your boutique. You have an obligation to reply to your clients and be transparent and honest about shipping and leadtimes that would be helpful I've just recently asked for a refund we'll see how that goes. Buyers beware understand what you're getting into when you will use this company Unfortunately my experience was not good! I'm not just a disgruntled customer I also also work in global logistics and all of this could've avoid been avoided with transparent and Consistent communication.

Terrible Customer Service and Unacceptable Delays

I placed an order for shoes worth over $300 on November 29, expecting delivery within 5-7 business days. It’s now been well over a month, and I still have not received my items.

I’ve reached out to customer service multiple times and keep getting the same generic response: “We have escalated the issue. We’ll reach out to you soon.” Despite requesting a full refund, I have yet to hear back from them.

This level of service is completely unacceptable. I trusted this company with my money, and they have failed to deliver both the product and any meaningful communication or resolution.

I cannot recommend this company and urge others to think twice before purchasing.

Waiting for an email to return an item???

Never received my item. I continue to inquire and get a generic response. I have asked for a status update on my item and still nothing after about month. It hasn't even been fulfilled. If I am not able to get a delivery date then I would like a refund.

Zero is my rating. Terrible experience. 1st time ordering. Never received item. When contacted Customer Support there is just fake A.I. response that never gets resolved. Ordered item 10/14/24, 5 emails later, still do not have item.

Never received item. No updates on shipping. SCAM!

Easy to check out

I ordered a product in the first week of October and never received it. I sent an email 2 weeks later and was told they were having fulfillment problems and promised to send it out. A month went by and I sent in another request and was told they would check into it. It's been almost 2 weeks and still no tracking, no package. The phone doesn't work, numerous emails get no good response. They still market to me every day to buy more products from them. Why do they think I'd ever trust them again? TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

UPDATE. I received a notification last week that my product was in the mail. I was so excited thinking I was finally going to get the product I ordered and paid $29.00 for. think again!!!! The sent me a travel size of what I ordered that has a $14.99 price tag on it. Think twice about ordering anything from Casual Chic Boutique.

I don’t have any information on my order.

I placed an order that was charged on my bank account and they couldn’t find the order. I ordered the same boots for an event a second time and sent them the confirmation number. I have emailed them several times to get an estimated time of arrival with no response of an arrival.

It's a scam. I ordered something almost a month ago and it was never shipped. When I emailed they said they had no estimate on when it would be, so I told them to cancel the order and issue a refund. I have emailed multiple times requesting this and they still have not responded. I will never order again.

submitted a return request several weeks ago that was approved. still have not recieved a return label.

Update: it is a scam, stay away. Had to go through chargeback with my bank to get my money back. No real person communicated with me ever, it was all AI and even that stopped responding after a few exchanges.

This company is holding my money for 3 weeks and I recieved nothing, my order status is "confirmed". You cannot reach them by phone and by email they send you an AI generated response. Do not order anything, stay away from them.

Boots came in exactly as shown & fast delivery! Great experience!

No response to emails on tracking information

I ordered a top 10 days ago and have yet to receive any type of tracking number or message that the package has even been sent. I reached out to their customer service email 2 days ago and haven’t heard anything back. Unfortunately I think it’s a scam.

They added a $100 perfume bottle to my order. I have emailed to fix problem. Will update this review when I hear back from them. Not happy about this!

They responded quickly and resolved the issue without any problems. The $100 perfume bottle was a mistake, but they corrected it promptly after I contacted them. I appreciate their quick response and resolution and now have no apprehension about purchasing from this company again. Very satisfied.

I just received my order and was very disappointed. I think this is a scam. The products are very low quality. I did have to wait longer than usual for my order and I am not satisfied. I bought a jacket and suede shoes. They are not suede. The jacket is poor quality as well.
