This boutique has such a wide selection of clothes, accessories, and beauty products. I bought some dresses and the tallow beauty set, and they've been great. Needed to tailor the dresses a bit to size, but the pieces are high quality and on-trend.

Waited almost two months for a Gucci shirt when it finally arrived the shirt was a complete fake I've written them multiple times and sent pictures of the counterfeit shirt and still haven't received a response

I ordered $330 dollar shoes on april eighth and it still hasn’t been shipped as of today. I’ve emailed them multiple times and they haven’t responded, this shop totally sucks and i wouldn’t recommend buying from them.

Do not order online…I found a blouse I loved and ordered it on March 12…although I paid for it on that date I still have not received it!!! Not realizing they had deducted the money from my account, I ordered another one…I did receive this one but it was a little small and I have sent 2 emails to customer service with no reply so I ordered another one in size medium on May 21 as with the other blouses they deducted the money from my checking account…it is June 3rd and I haven’t received a package or been notified that the blouse was actually shipped..I cannot find a way to get in touch with them except for email which they refuse to respond!!! Frustrated and disappointed!!!

I placed an order. The money was debited from my account. I didn't receive any tracking information. I requested tracking info via email 4 times. I requested it via their chatbot online twice. The product never arrived. There is no phone number listed to contact them. They only have an email listed for assitance and I've never received a response to the 5 emails I've sent. I opened a dispute for the transaction through Wells Fargo which could take several months to get me reimbursed. I usually use PayPal since they do a great job with keeping scammers in check but that wasn't a checkout option. I received a confirmation through the SHOP app but nothing has been updated there either concerning whether the item was shipped, what the tracking number is, etc. This is the most frustrating situation I've ever had with online shopping.

Ordered a perfume. Been waiting 21 days and it still hasn't shipped. Emailed 4 times regarding this item, and have not received any return emails.

Idk what’s taking so long to send a text message or email. The site is fraud. I haven’t received my shoes or updated not a tracking number.

Ordered a pair of shoes that never shipped after a month. Customer service (Jenna- clearly a bot) responded to my requests initially apologizing for the delay and told me I could cancel the order and be refunded. A month later and I still have not been refunded, and Jenna has stopped responding to emails.
Do not do business with this company. I do not know why Shop supports this business, they should not be portrayed as a trusted business; they should be shut down.

It's a scam. Just read the terms of service and get ready to be amazed.

Placed order for sneakers over a month ago, sent multiple emails to customer service with no response,. Money was taken, Item never shipped.

I placed an order two weeks ago and after multiple requests have received no update on its status. I will now have to dispute through my credit card company since this doesn't appear to be a legitimate business.

I ordered 10 days ago, no delivery status, no one is answering emails and the customer service chat. Requested the refund. Still no answer! Will have to call my laywer next week

Ordered a diaper bag on March 30th, have not received as of May 9th although I’ve contacted them multiple times and now filed a complaint through Shop Pay.

It’s been almost a month since I ordered some $700 Travis Scott 1’s and the order hasn’t been shipped yet and I haven’t got a response for my email.

I bought a pair of sneakers on April 1st for $475 (Order #CCB4951), and 35 days later, the item still hasn’t been shipped.

I sent an email to check the status of the order and never received a response. At first, the store's prices seem attractive, but this hides the real issue: it’s a scam. The products are never shipped, and customer service is nonexistent.

Avoid this store at all costs. Don’t make the same mistake I did. This has been an extremely frustrating experience and clearly seems like a scam targeting unsuspecting customers.
