I deposited $30 for the FIRST150 promo. It gave me my 150% bonus and my 100 free spins plus 50 free spins.. total was $75cad. I start by playing the 50 spins. I play for a few minutes and am watching my balance. I was at $77.xx and poof, $75 vanishes. I finish my 50 spins. I look over account and don't see where the money went. So I play the 100 spins. Still no sign of my deposit or the 150% but I did meet the wager for the deposit. I reach out to live chat then and today and was basically told.. there is nothing they can do, those are the terms. I dont understand how they can just take my origonal $30 deposit etc etc. Please help!
